我们是2012年体检过，当时好像用自己的family doctor就可以了。今天收到USCIS的通
知说体检过期了要重做，赫然发现好像现在只能用指定的list上面的doctors了。是不
是这两年改规定了？还是我们原来就不正确，那怎么也通过了的呢？

asked my lawyer several times to prepare the medical exam forms for both my
wife and me so that we can prepare them this month. However no luck.
I already downloaded the forms from the webiste. Do I have to use the forms
from my lawyer? Thanks! |

My prior date is may, 2007 and should able to submit my 485 next month. I

could not have one vaccine because I was pregnant.
Now, I need to submit 485 with that exam result, which I know one vaccine
less. What shall I do? Can I get the vaccine in a regular clinic and put the
certificate together with the envolop? Thanks. |

后来我们发现，我们当时是在family doctor那里打疫苗等等然后拿过去体检的，几年
了，忘事儿了。。。顺便问，如果这段时间换了工作，那么是不是最好还是飞回原来的
地方体检，以免引来他们的RFE? 这次他们只是要我们重新体检，说我们的medical
exam expired, 没有找我们要工作证明。职位完全是similar的，公司也完全可以支持
开证明，只是多一事不如少一事的好。 |

and got RFE last Friday for update. Please help. Thank you!!
1) My 2012 TB skin test was negative. For whatever reason I had positive
reaction on TB skin test this time but my chest x-ray was negetive. The
civil surgeon insisted on marking "Class B, Latent TB Infection" no matter

civil surgeon about the Latent TB. I talked to his supervisor and requested
another civil surgeon to review my paperwork. I told them that I am a paying
customer and I am not happy. I am very concerned about the accuracy of my
medical exam. Another civil surgeon called me last night and I told him
about the TB technical instructions for civil surgeons on CDC website. He

upfront,然后bill insurance。现在还不知道保险会怎么reimburse。但是这625是不

另外EB3 和EB2 140的A number是不同的,还是应该相同的? |

RFE notice里面有下面的要求
Including a copy of this notice with your Form I693 will facilitate matching
the medical report with your file.
我的理解是要RFE notice也要放在I693 sealed envelope里面，但是我的体检医生说只
要在sealed envelope外面再套一个大的envelope，在大的envelope里面放RFE notice
copy。他们说他们一直是这么做的。
想询问一下大家，大家的体检医生也是这样吗？这样可以吗？

The doctor only appears for maybe 5 minutes, and you will never see him
again.
Just remember if you have any immu. shot before, bring the proof with you.
It can easily save you more than $100.
