过问题。卖家提供了当时的检测报告以及根据检测结果做的修补。2013年检查的，维修
也是那年做的，花了不到1万刀，有20年的transferable warranty. 回来以后仔细研究
的这个检测报告，看房的时候没仔细看报告上提出的问题，像有没有裂缝什么的。不知
道这种房子能买吗？是不是不太省心？让大家帮看看检测报告，谢谢！

我打电话给我地区的牙医，一般他们都说只有看了医生，才会给报价。
今天去了一家，上来就给照x-ray啥，等了挺久，才见到医生。医生简单看了一下，跟
一个小秘说了一下，应该做什么，过了一会，小秘和我说，保险cover后，我要付600$
for implant part. crown part,她会另算。她给了我一份报价单。
我回来查了一下，比我地区的平均价格高了很多。而且我不太喜欢那个牙医。所以想换
一家。
现在我想问如果换一家牙医的话，我是不是还要first examination后，才能知道报价
呀？
而且这个first examination都是要收钱的。（我今天去的这家收$197,保险100％cover
了）。
如果这样，岂不是要白白浪费几次first examination fee才能得到报价呀？
不是很懂，板上有经验的人帮看看，是这样子的吗？

for delivery registration. One of paper is whether an inpatient wants to
have a Cervical Cytologic Examination (Pap Test) or not. IL State law
requires all hopitals to offer a Cervical Cytologic Examination to every
female inpatient 20 years of age or older, unless one has been performed
within the past year.
Every state's laws at this point may be different. Do any mothers have this

treaty超过三年，不符合要求，要求退税加罚款与利息6000多，而实际上我是07年第一
次来美国高校做博后，H1B，期间身份没变，也没回过国。然后我连续寄了三封信过去
，有学校的证明，我的I94，所有的材料证明我是在三年内呀。但一直没收到IRS反应，
然后每天打电话给examiner,打了三周，终于收到回电话，examiner竟然说J1可以免三
年，H1B第二年与美国一样交税，是填1040表，我已经不符合了。我把article19读给他
听，没用。我又告知我已经咨询过会计师，我的情况是符合的，仍然没用，examiner说
会计师不专业。整个谈话过程态度很好，但就是不承认。他说他懂这个条款，这是法律
规定什么的。也不知道怎么办了，只能上法庭再appeal？真是折腾。 |

从寄出到批准整整三个月。今天早上查还是acceptance，中午约了infopass就去了。里
面的工作人员很nice，就是啥信息都不给，问finger print和name check有通过吗？他
说他不能告诉我，因为是和secuity相关的。最后就说今天我的case被送到examiner那
了，也不说是不是USCIS的examiner，一直跟我说要有耐心，NSC的EB的case一般需要6
个月时间。我就回来了，还打算问问大家examiner是哪的。结果回来一查发现主副申请
人的状态都变成card production了！终于绿了。

不迟，没必要现在去把疫苗重新打一遍。
Flu Shot是说Medical Exam在4-9月之间的，就不要求。这只合你什么时候做Medical
Exam有关，和审查时间无关。

副申请人可能８月中下旬要回国，不知道能否顺利在１０月前反签回来。
网上查找到，好像体检表必须在体检后一年内提交；提交后自提交日起一年内有效。这
些信息对吗？
可以现在提前做体检吗？
按第二排期提交时，副申请人必须已经反签回来吗？还是不回也没关系，只要在打指纹
或者第一排期之前反签回来就行。谢谢。
