是没坚持。不管吃什么药，最后在我身上都没效果了。
来美国后，网上的人都推荐excedrin migraine，我买了，非常好用，好用的有点让人
害怕。说明上说成人一次两片，起初我是老老实实吃两片的，发现这么好用之后我就改
吃一片，通常一半的药量1小时内就见效！我相信所有的止痛药都是麻痹神经让你没有
痛感，并不是真的在“治疗”头痛，所以我有两个担心：
1 总吃会不会就产生抗药了？以后吃了不止疼怎么办？
2 吃了那么快就见效的药，是不是太厉害了点？一疼就吃，会不会对身体也不好？
我现在能忍着就不吃，能睡着也不吃，实在难受了，或者影响我做别的事情了，才会吃
。这瓶药我大概是10年9，10月间买的，100粒的药，还剩19粒，中间给同事大概4粒，
我自己两年半吃了77粒。这瓶药下个月就过期了，大家有没有别的药推荐的？是不是换
别的药吃一吃不太容易产生抗药性呢？如果没有其他的推荐我就还是继续买这个药吧。 |

不会。excedrin是阿司匹林+咖啡因+泰诺，都是非处方药，不成瘾，按药理来讲不会有
抗药性（不是什么药都有抗药性的。。。）吃了以后不止痛了就要找医生开处方药了
2 吃了那么快就见效的药，是不是太厉害了点？一疼就吃，会不会对身体也不好？
厉害不厉害，有效就可以。你这都还不是opioid呢。。。

10年买的药才100粒到现在还没吃完，你吃的量离overdose中毒差太远了。。。 |

我也是常偏头痛，好像是可遗传的，我爸就有，不过，他说，过了一定年龄就不再犯了。
我头痛起来，可说是“头痛欲裂”。以前也是忍着，现在我用药，很起作用。

更感不适. 具体症状: 头痛, 头晕和颈部僵硬 和乏力( 感觉很累). 右边太阳穴痛,
涨, 头晕和颈部僵硬,后脑皮肤发胀. 睡眠不好.无其它症状(如呕吐, 发烧等). 上星期
在国内看医生, 做了脑CT和颈椎CT (C2-7). 医生开药:尼莫地平片(西药: Nimodipine
tablets), 天舒胶囊(中药). 脑CT检查结果没有什么问题. 颈椎CT 检查结果: C4-5,
C5-6 椎间盘轻度中央型突出. 医生说没有什么问题. 现在 吃尼莫地平片和止痛片(
Excedrin), 没什么效果. 天舒胶囊没吃(不太相信中药).
相关病史:
有经常性头痛, 以前吃两粒吃止痛片就好. 近几月来有头晕, 看了神经科和五官科(ENT
)医生, 做了大脑MRI, ENG 和血检, 都没有问题(血糖略高:102) . 血压, 心跳正常.
头晕时吃神经科医生配的药: Diazepam or Meclizine.
本人现在很困惑, 心情很烦 ,到底大脑有什么问题. 现请教各位有经验的朋友帮助:
