Exceeding Expectations, 4分时Exceeding Expecations, 3分是Meet Expectations.
2分和1分就是没有Meet Expectation.
我自己工作很努力，几乎每天和每周末都要加班，解决了很多项目中的难题，所以觉得
如果都选3分有点冤,自己那么努力认真地工作，就只是个及格分；但都选4分，又觉得
说不出明确的“exceed expectation" 的理由，因为解决项目中的难题不就是工作Ｅｘ
ｐｅｃｔａｔｉｏｎ的一部分吗？
请问大家是如何处理这种自评的？啥才叫“Exceed Expectation?"

需要service装在服务器端的软件。。。所以我也没有可能在学校的PC装一个VNC server,
or Pcanywhere server...
但是现在有一点，就是学校的PC, 和家里的PC都装了exceed 8.0, 不知道能否通过家里的
exceed看到学校的exceed屏幕并进而在学校的workstation运行程序。（当然我也可以用
家里telnet到学校的workstation，可是有些大的simulation是用办公室的PC
telnet到workstation的，需要看结果还要跑到学校去。挺繁的）
不知道你说的xmanager是否就是exceed的，还是unix的一个命令？哪里有reference啊？ |

exceed看到学校的exceed屏幕并进而在学校的workstation运行程序。（当然我也可以用
家里telnet到学校的workstation，可是有些大的simulation是用办公室的PC
telnet到workstation的，需要看结果还要跑到学校去。挺繁的）
不知道你说的screen是哪里的，还是unix的一个命令？哪里有reference啊？
另外，VNC我在学校的PC装不上server, 学校的workstation可能已经有vnc server了，但
是从家里连学校的Workstation对我没有用。因为我可以用exceed看workstation, 现在我
需要的是家里的pc能看到学校的pc的屏幕，或者学校的UNIXE Wo |
