看了一下你说的哪几个概念。我们公司的股票一直就没有啥起色，所以一直也没有动要
买的念头。前几天听老板说升了点后，准备自己赚个差价而已。不打算长期持有，就怕
明年又跌回去了呢。
如果买了立马卖掉，就得需要交ordinary income tax + capital gain tax吧？这两个
加起来能有多少？40%左右？
如果还能赚60%的话，应该利润也不错吧？

吗？换句话说如果采用shares exercies其实不必非要等到股价涨上来才卖，只要把
shares落到账户里，在交易的时候就跟买卖普通股票一样了，而且还能分红？option是

乳头处的tumor HER2是negative (IHC score 2+，FISH negative) ；

手术病理显示有两块 specimen, 因为有re-excision。
但是只发现一个 tumor(乳头处)，1.5cm, HER2结果和biopsy时乳头处的tumor一样，
IHC score 2+, FISH negative，另一个(12点)不仅tumor没找到，biopsy时放到那的
clip也找不到。后来作过X-RAY， US， MRI，没有发现体内有什么残留。
