the good: 和上次一样，还是沿途热情的居民。下午的时候接近100度高温，大太阳，
都要烤化了。路边有人把院子里的水管拉出来给大家浇水，一下就凉快下来了。一路经
常有观众给助威。
the bad: 自然是203迈的地方爆胎。我怀疑我是离终点线最近的爆胎的了
the excitement: 照例还是最后30迈，知道自己没问题了，天气也凉下来了，喝足了水
吃足了东西就开始冲刺了，这段比去年快了15分钟，只用了1:30
the joy: 冲到终点线的那一刻还是很激动人心的。这是我的第一个double century。
而且是home coming回到oregon。Portland是我熟悉的城市，我对Oregon有很强烈的
emotional attachment。
the challenge: 120迈到170迈之间小腿几度要抽筋，主要是脱水太厉害了，无机盐补
充不够早。150-175之间死撑的很厉害，一口一口的计算着喝水，每过一个milepost都
要在脑子里做math，每个小坡都觉得那么陡，身边的人刷刷的超过 |

No. Your conclusion was based on the past, while my excitement is coming
from the so much fresh blood injected into this team.Stafford is a natural
leader and has both excellent mental and physical toughness. Calvin John
could very well be on his way to be the top 5 receiver in the league with
the addition of Nate Burleson. Ndamukong Suh is gonna kill many QBs in the
league and he will be the symbol of Lions' defense for years to come.

But Meyer still is the biggest name on the market now. OSU fans have all the
reasons to get excited about this hire.
Plus he won't face Saban, Miles, Petrino, and etc. week in and week out in
Big10, a conference much easier to dominate than SEC.
Miller will be a good QB to start with. Remember Meyer had to play Chris
Leak in his first 2 yrs at FL.
Recruiting won't be an issue. OH has as many talents as there are in. FL.

当唱者声带支持的时候，良好支持的声带给了极大
的自由，同时又提供了声音的支点。所以音色放松
而硬朗。
后期 BBE/Exciter 虽然能展宽频谱，使声音感觉
更加有支撑，更加通透。但是无法提高声带的自由度，
也不能给声音提供真正意义上支点。所以音色相对较紧。
另外由于声音相对缺乏真正意义上的支点，音色也
相对较软。
当然，如果是小三上位口水歌，那种又紧又软的
感觉说不定刚刚好。。。 |

不身在其中的，自然只能看到数字和物质，但这些并不代表一个人的人生。自我的认同
和满足才是让人快乐的。
土点说就是人比人得死，货比货得扔。赚都少都有比你富的，就和你多壮都有能揍你的
，一个土道理。俺没啥文化，就知道俺想要啥，俺要是能成功做到，俺就满足了。这里
的前辈们都比俺做得好，所以来学习么。
