Dr. Lexian(前辈) almost get the reason. patient who had gastric bypass surgery
will get dumping symptoms, that is why she went to bed within 30~40 min
after take the alcohol. Also after bypass surgery, patient will absorb
alcohol quickly and excrete slowly. |

发帖数: 355 | 4 如果是手术后药物造成的RESPIRATORY DEPRESSION，进而产生ACUTE RESPIRATORY
ACIDOSIS， 体味和深呼吸的作用非常有限，应该要上呼吸机的；
如果是上呼吸道手术造成大量的EXCRETION，应该要SUCTION；
而且ACUTE RESPIRATORY ACIDOSIS基本算是MEDICAL EMERGENCY了，应该要MEDICAL
INTERVENTION， NURSING INTERVENTION 作用有限。
以上是我的二分钱。希望楼主贴答案和RATIONAL。

cholecystitis too.
If PE is still a clinical suspicion, CT of thorax PE protocol is preferred
over V/Q scan, since the nuclear tracer Tc-99m MAA is excreted to the
bladder and has more radiation to the fetus. But we need cover her tummy
with lead apron when performing the CT.
I have a question about D-dimer, I have seen people order that for PE, but
is it specific enough? |
