rebate，当时店员说1年之内2% rebate不满$55可以选择降级，把$55要回来。
今年7月收到一张$34的Costo rewards，当时没当回事，以为到一年期满还会再给
rewards，我们到今年9月底的rebate已经超过$55很多。
结果前两天去renew，店员又说，7月到9月的不算去年的rewards，算到下一年。
感觉被骗了，请教这个costo rewards到底怎么算的？ |
