问个法律问题：
我朋友（简称A）和我（简称B）共同出资成立公司（C Corp),公司的Articles of
Incorporation上的只写有公司director(A)的名字，并没有我（B）的名字。
我只在registered agent的网站数据库里记录了executive officers的名字，包括
president(A), vice-president(B), secretary(A), treasurer(B).
我的问题是：从法律角度来讲，如果需要签署商业合同文件的时候，是不是只有A的签
字时才合法有效？B的签字是否有效？
最近有一个文件指明需要a current registered executive officer签字，目前这个是
不是只能由A签字才有效。
如果我想把B变成a current registered executive officer是不是需要修改Articles
of Incorporation并在州政府file一下？还是要填其他的表格在州政府file一下？

是executable的，但事实上文件只是text file。所以每次双击打开都报错。我想改权
限为non-executable for group。我用chmod -R 766 foldername该后，老板没法访问
。若用chmod -R 755 foldername老板可以访问，但文件又是executable的了。
