发帖数: 2503 | 8 即使是按你说的这个价增发，也未必会暴涨。增发后涨不涨和很多因素有关，比如市场
需求，庄家操作等。市场需求旺盛的，增发就涨了，比如TSLA。多数情况是下跌的，因
为股份稀释的原因，即使增发那几天维持住了股价，短期还是下跌。比如GEVA，105刀
增发，就是前日收盘价，当日维持了没多久就大幅下跌，现在还没缓过劲来。再比如
ACAD，EXEL，PBYI等等。
你如果长期看好，趁增发下跌时买进也可以，但多数要等很久才会再起来。 |

本周(6/2/14 - 6/6/14)小结：
本周股市牛势凶猛，大盘继续连创新高，虽然SPX未冲破1950，但收于1949.44，而道指
收16924.28。科技、金融等板块涨势良好，小盘股回暖，Biotech继续攀升, Cloud and
big data板块企稳回升。
1、FB长势受挫，在50ma线上盘整，收62.50；
2、TSLA轻微上扬，站稳50ma，收208.17；
3、SPLK企稳回升，SPLK收43.18；CRM企稳，收51.80；

EXEL (教训是不要盲目跟从）
还是要自己做research,记得适当得take profit，但是有些pick有比较好的分析的应该
长期持有，比如GTAT从3到现在中间也是经过了不少起伏和诱惑脱手，都坚持住持有到
现在。
不要盲目跟从，即使是什么什么大牛也不要盲目相信。

very much on it making it a very low risk play. Still it exceeded my
expectation.
I got in DATA when it was in 40s, just I know that they have a very good
product that is also well priced. A little bit risky on this one. |

get very nice return in a short period. Long term holding needs guts and at
least some study one the stock.
I played NVDA based on TA instead of FA. I don't know and may not even care
why it was popped up after ER with huge volume. All I need to know is that
big fish are all in. |

ok, so DATA seems also a FA play, DATA has some pretty 'scary' down days
after you entered, but you held on, nice ar...sometimes, those sudden sharp
down days would shake me out. |

ok,short term quick play is good, but I truly want is the under 2$ to 11$
play. I am now heavily towards FA play, almost every day I'd study companies
till mid-night. and I am trying to improve my guts to hold on.
For NVDA, how do you know big fish are all in ar? |

holding it through its release but think MMs could sell on the news. So far
the chart is very strong so don't need to get off now. Let your profit run. |

发帖数: 10605 | 49 走得太强啦，跟Ipsen合约里面有不少的milestone payment, 所以后面只要有消息放出
来就会涨，还有他们在日本的权利也会找合作者，他们只负责北美的销售
以前一直不涨有一个原因就是他们的那个贷款合同里面有stock conversion option,
自从他们把那个贷款还了之后阻力基本消失了，基本上就是使劲涨
我在$13附近又拿回来一点点（比起原来的少多了），真是不太会卖这种股票 |
