I think my hip is right under the water, almost to the surface but that's
only my feeling. My legs are quite big and I think probably my body is (and
will) not perfectly horizontal.
I tried to keep my hip and shoulders in same plane (tried to face my
bellybutton to the side of the pool) but I cannot remember the position in
each length now.
Yes, I also think the sensing/feeling are important.

主要的注意力放在这几个方面:
1、Drill:双手保持在在髋部不动的Arm-less Rotation,练习打水、转体,每次300-
500米;
2、游泳时打水注意脚尖绷直,有时内扣;
3、减少转体幅度,头部不换气时尽量不转;
4、恢复侧手臂入水时在肩部延长线上,不是原来的脊柱延长线;
5、水下慢吐气(因为我无意中发现有时会憋气,导致气不够用)
6、尽量游“高”一点,具体感觉就是身体高高地漂在水面上(上身下身都是),这样
恢复侧手入水时有比较明显的“高”的感觉。这种感觉我也说不好。
动作方面的缺点可能还是一个要更放松,要加强吐气意识,还有就是打水(现在是6
beat,有时候的确是象D指导说的,只是在轻轻摆动,不是打水)
这段时间,速度的确有所提高,打水每50米在2'40"左右;自由泳50、100、200能够游
到1'50" - 2'00"/100米。25、50米在1'45" - 1'50"/100米的速度。划水次数在10次x2
