15. Total citations (google scholar search result)
16. Individual citations (google scholar search result)
17. Total citation analysis (tables)
Citations in detail (publication followed by citation list and first page
of citation)
15, 16, 17 都是应该怎么用google scholar做呢？

独立引用的Citation次数大概50多， 基本上都是 一片第二作者的Review带来的40次，
其它4-5个paper总共才10来次引用。
请问版上的朋友们，这个引用需要提吗？ 律师让我搞灯油图，还要打印citation list
. 如果Petition letter不提引用，在Exibit 材料里需要打印citation list 吗？
可不可以只提引用次数，但是可以提引用的国家数？

看来大家的材料都挺重的，我的是9磅，都把我自己吓了一跳。 不过我没有用bubble包
装，就随便拿了个超市的塑料袋裹着，因为怕下雨淋湿，邮寄的当天就在下雨。 |

的是citation report等都没有递交。现在该怎么办？律师还跟HR说没有必要premium
processing。premium要自己出钱。 |

最后Exibit律师没有用我提供的google schalor report，反而自己list了每篇文章的
citation，加起来才140，用的我去年给的数据。可以不premium补充以及修改petition
吗？材料从去年12月就开始弄，到现在搞了10个月居然成这样，超级郁闷。 |

Science Expanded database. The list of citing countries/territories and
institutions are subsequently summarized based on authors’ information from
each citing article. Google Maps® and Microsoft Office® Excel

基本背景：
美帝二三流学校Ph.D.，神经科学方向，现在博后第3年
publication: 12 journal papers (english, 8 first author)
有些paper是当年做生物信息发的，积累了一些citation
citation: 240
review: 30
推荐信 4 独立，（德国，加拿大，巴西，中国各一封），加上自己博后老板
从和律师签合同(06-13-2014)到提交申请3个半月的时间
审稿准备了4个多月，感觉最麻烦的还是找推荐人，好在还是好人多，最后搞定了。工
作太忙，实在没时间自己DIY,好在律师效率很高，写的PL加上exibition list一共才16
页（12号字），非常简明扼要。
穷人没有包子，不过衷心希望大家都早绿！
也希望自己485顺利！ |

简单说说自己 环境科学领域 fresh phd 8月刚毕业 目前opt 14年初以前eb1a想过 但
是条件根本没敢跟律师评估 幸运的是上半年老三样猛涨 六月底签的V Chen 家里事多
看重V的短平快 V的流程和风格很多人在板上说过很多了 我就不重复了。V给的不过退
款。

很幸运 phd老板给力 大大小小的会开了20来个 认识了一票牛人 一周之内搞定5个独立
外加phd老板的非独立。从我个人感觉 政府的人 不管职位如何 推荐力度要稍大 起码

先列一个timeline，供大家参考：
０４－０７－２０１５， 在邮件咨询5家律师所，5家都给出了比较正面的反馈之后，
与Wegreened签了协议（当时的主要考虑是他们帮写推荐信）。
04-27-2015, 历时三周，完成自己research summary的初稿。和律师沟通后修改一轮，
一周后定稿。
05-04 至 06-04-2015， 和律师来回敲定推荐人名单，发邮件给potential
recommenders，然后在这期间都得到肯定回复。
06-4至06-17-2015， 律师花两周准备好6封推荐信初稿。
06-17至07-16-2015， 拿到所有6封推荐信的签字。
07-16至07-30-2015， 律师拿到签字的推荐信后，花两周时间写好Petition letter的
初稿。
08-01至08-23， 修改Petition letter，然后定稿之后打印出来寄给律师。

么写：
(1) This article is among the top 0.01% most cited articles published in
2014 in the field of XXX. This article is 3 times higher than the average
citation of researchers from top 10 universities in the field.
(2) This journal is ranked 9th out of 131 journals (top 6.8%) in the field
of XXX.
考古了一下发现很多网站都不可用了，SCImago已经不提供Pecentile了，Google
scholar只会列出一个领域里面Top 20的Journal，而不会告诉总共有多少Journal。现
在犯难了。
我只知道：
(1) scopus（需要学校付费订阅）里面含有文章在某些领域里面的Pecentile，可以自

1.8D。 Special Exibition不让拍照，不过他拍了很多文革和解放前的东西，很多照片
国内都没有
看到过。总体来说还是很震撼。
