thousands of Tibetan exiles.”, 同时在World News版有一篇对应的报道。我想以这
条简讯为例分析一下西方媒体引导读者的几个步骤。
1. 该报基本没有报道奥运火炬在阿根廷到巴基斯坦之间传递的情况，因为那些地方没
有发生它想看到的抗议活动。这跟做科学实验只取对自己有利的数据，扔掉对自己不利
的数据是一样的做法，本质上是一种欺诈行为。但作为媒体它本身不由此推出任何结论
，所以可以说自己没有做错任何事。
2. 它用了”is likely”这个说法，如果真的发生抗议，当然求之不得，如果没有发生
，也可以辩解说我我只是说可能会发生，没有说一定会发生，反正不管发生什么它都没
错，都不会被抓住任何把柄。
3. 这是最关键的一点。如果最后没有抗议发生，它就保持沉默，什么也不说了。这样

傅苹声称，虽然我的批评是正确的，但是是根据福布斯不准确的报道，而不是根据她新
出的书，福布斯的报道后来更正了（意思是我的批评成了无的放矢）。
事实上，看过我对她的批评文章的就知道，虽然福布斯的报道引发了我的批评，但是我
的批评并非仅仅针对福布斯的报道，而是针对自2005年以来美国媒体对傅苹的各种报道
、傅苹的电台和视频访谈。我也看了傅苹新书放在google book上供试读的前面两章。

由的道路。且不说在国际共产运动中，没有任何一个共产政权是主动放弃权力、放弃专
制而走向民主的（东欧的全部共产政权，包括苏联，都是被人民推翻，而后建立的民主
政府）；且不说共产运动中是否会产生异数，中共是否有这种愿望和能力，仅以它建党
以来，尤其是在中国建政之后，以政权的力量使八千万人非正常死亡这一事实，中共就
绝对没有资格继续执政，而应接受历史的审判。
我不是研究中共党史的专家，也不是研究共产运动造成大众死亡的学者。只是作为中共
专制下的一个幸存者，今天生活在西方自由世界，得以阅读多种书刊，把其中提及的中
