I guess I have to do it because the exisitng house has 4 bed rooms, but only
1 bath. The house indeed has the seperated living and family rooms, and a
big size kitchen. The old garage is next to a bed room (just enough for a
small master room). So, logically, the old garage (almost 1.5 car garage)
should be converted into a master room bath plus a walk-in closet. The rest
will be a 3/4 bath and a formal laundry room. There are still some space
left.

c. Cut baseboards as needed for new cabinet layout

Damn T-mobile. Never use it. Have you ever heard you need to change to a new
account when adding a line to your current service? While you have service
with them, they never told you have had a due-balance with other exisitng
account. They will send it to collection agent once you stop the service
with them.

拒付的。
lz既然这个保险被认定是pre-exisitng condition，那么其他的保险应该也是一样的。
等上班加入group insurance就可以了，那时候就不能用pre-existing condition来拒付

结果broker说IRS规定无论rebalance/exchange exisitng assets 还是reallocate 今
后的investment
一年只能一次
多了就要report tax
