如图所示。我是车X， 想从右边exit lane 出去。但是 exit lane 上有A B 两车， A
车在exit lane 上开的非常非常慢，像蜗牛一样。B车紧跟A, 我车身在A,B之间，没有
gap进去。想冲到A前面又没有把握，想慢下来让B先过去又怕遭到后面追尾。
本来是A车在我前面，exit lane 一出出现，A车就转到exit lane, 我迟疑了了1，2秒
在确认是不是这个出口出去，1.5秒我确认了，就造成了这么情况。最关键的是这个
exit lane 非常短，6秒内出不去就过去了，后来我强行在A和B之间插了进去, 被B狂
滴。
请教大家，这种情况我问题出在哪里，以后应该怎么处理？ |

昨天知道140批下来, 就准备赶紧周一递了。
材料不少是重的，因为担心审131/765的部门顺手从485里抽走一些文件，所以大部分是
一式三份
下面是我整个checklist, 打算寄一个包裹，其中6个folders， 主／副申请人的 I-485
/I-765/I-131 各一个folder.
请大家帮忙看看，有没有什么遗漏的。 最近要交485的小伙伴大家也一起琢磨琢磨～～
注：看到485表上把主申请人和副申请人叫做"principal" 和 "derivative" applicant
, 所以就沿用了。不知道是不是准确？
打算folder外面写上 FirstName LastName (principal applicant), I-485 and
supporting materials 类似这种, 再加上一页checklist，希望到时候分拣材料的人别
搞错了
另外， 因为暑假正好要换工作，只好提交现任和下任雇主的 job offer letters。

我的问题是，在高速辅路中间的lane行使的车，还要yield高速下来的车吗？我以前的
理解是只是靠近高速那条辅路开的车才需要yield高速下来的车，因为高速下来的车从
边上lane再插到中间lane应该算普通的变道了。但是有人说所有的辅路access lane都

2). What are your visions for long run and immediate near future say in 2-3
years?
3). Fundings.
很多founders在拉队伍的时候，已经有自己的preference on how to exit，明白问清
楚不浪费彼此的时间，一般只有两个exit plans比较吸引人：M&A or IPO。大部分
founders都有明确的timelines, 2年或者3年。

不是每个人都那么精确到数字的，人家给出了网站，希望你自己去仔细看，你不看
不能让别人再提供给你数字这种绝大多数人care具体实际感受而不是数字的事情啊。
什么事情都有两面性，你不能什么好的都能得到，另外，你坐过E+和exit row
的么，没有直观的感受么？E+真的有那么让你觉得不堪么？
我很想知道距离。
如果 E+ = exit row，以后就不坐exit row。
有时转机时间<30 mins, 想最快的出飞机，exit row太后面了 所以想知道充足的信息
后，在做权衡。

天还好，昨天突然dumb平板上的软电话频繁收到google voice转的电话(206xxxxxx)。
按接听也听不见声音。看GV历史记录发现全是一些陌生号码，基本间隔一两分钟一个。
有的还是收费电话，GV扣了钱。奇怪的是除了软电话GV连的其他电话都不响。停了
asterisk server之后软电话就不提示有电话进来了。打开
asterisk console看见一堆转接信息，也不知道啥意思。下面贴几个例子：

就是在家练习fire drill,让小盆友熟悉家里的两个safe exit,
还有有emergency的时候家人在哪里集合，然后要画一副集合地点的插图。
前门，当然是第一个safe exit。第二个我们想了想，选了离厨房最远的一个patio
door（厨房应该是最容易start fire的地方吧）。
然后集合地点很伤脑筋，太近没有意义，太远小盆友自己不可能去，去的路上都是危险。
所以我们选了家门树下的mailbox. 大家有没有想过这个问题，有没有更好的建议？
第二个集合地点是对面的neighbor.
我在家跟她练习了很多次，大叫一声fire, 然后她得立刻放下手上所有东西，
往我指定的#1 safe exit还是#2 safe exit,开门出去。有时候还中途换exit,
她经过好几次才没有像无头苍蝇一样乱篡。
插曲：她最担心的，不是玩具衣服被毁了怎么办，而是她往外冲的时候妹妹
不肯跟着她跑怎么办。她该抱她还是拉她。她担心自己抱不动，又害怕妹妹不跟着跑。
我一再保证我会抱妹妹，她还是疑疑惑惑的，不能放心。姐妹情深实在是。 |

不知道楼梯怎么弯曲难走了，一层2跑的EXIT STAIR，防火门，你只管往下冲，冲到一

发帖数: 9441 | 49 今天单位搞了个active shooter training，我觉得很有用，特来分享。
授课的是一个有近二十年警龄的老警官，授课用了大量的PPT和录像，效果不错。
他一上来先解释什么是active shooter（就是我们说的在公共场合滥杀无辜的变态枪手
，比如VT那个棒子杀手），告诫我们active shooter随时可能出现，不要抱有幻想。
他说active shooter是疯狂的，谈判和哀求都没用，不用尝试。
接着，他说如果听到疑似枪声，千万不要浪费时间猜测那是什么声音，因为百分之九十
九那就是枪声，要马上逃跑求生。逃跑的第一要务是迅速找出逃生路线，因此，熟悉单
位的所有exit是必须的。为了保证自己熟悉所有的exit，平日就应该使用不同的exit出
入，不要总是使用自己熟悉的那个。如果所有出口都堵住了，就砸窗逃生，总之是离开
这个building。
如果逃不了，那第二选择就是躲。反锁门，用所有能找到的东西堵住门，越多越重越好
；关灯；关手机；保持安静。active shooter不会浪费时间打开被堵住的门，即使他怀
