发帖数: 206 | 1 和buyer agent一起看过几次房子，感觉他们做事情还不错。目前看中个房子，准备下
个offer，但是这个buyer agent在submit offer前联系我，要求我和他签一个
exlcusive agreement,估计就是那种绑定他们作为agent的合同。之前我只是签过"NY
State Disclosure From for Buyer and Seller",当时因为agent说这个必须签，而且
它注明了"This is not a contract"。
问题是，对于我和这个buyer agent一起看过的房子，我没有任何问题让他们继续做
buyer agent。但是，我不想签那种exlcusive agreement，这样一旦我未来有任何对他
们不满意，我可以换人看其它的房子。请问这样做有问题吗？
还想请教大家，在递offer前，你们都签了什么agreement吗? 如果他们让我签那种non-
exclusive，只是针对我要下offer的房子的，应该没有问题吧？有什么要注意的吗？

不签 Exlcusive agreement 也是一样的。
你不要先签，至少观察一段时间再签。 |

pub519 page15，中间的column最下面：Resident Aliens, Foreign Earned Income
and Housing Amount.
"If you are physically present in a foreign country or countries for at
least 330 full days during any period of 12 consecutive months, you may
qualify for the foreign earned income exclusion. The exlcusion is $87,600 in
2008. ......."
字面上看，之前的国内的收入可以免掉（我猜肯定不到8万7）。 |

免税额度（因为我十月份之前在中国连续呆满330天）？所以只报十月份之后的美国收
入。
那我要研究考古一下何时、怎么file extension去。。。
