关于后背软，很好fix，拿一块大的厚纸板（比如citi mini的包装纸盒），裁一块塞到椅背，这样就不存在软的问题了。
baby jogger家的东西到哪里都没有打折的，网上店，实体店都没看到过打折，coupon里都是exlude baby jogger。我等了好几个月都没看到，就用bing到diapers.com买的，有10% cash back.如果MM是第一次在diapers.com买东西，可以用俺的referal code "AMY28085"，加一包diaper,可以再

不到2分钟，brooke的妈妈回信说：of course。她说她问了她女儿，女儿

H1博后，2005年上半年来美，按treaty可三年免税，
05，06，07年的税都从irs要回来了
09年报08年的税时，以为不能再享受treaty了，与2月份file tax return,
3月份拿到退税。
后来考古知道，treaty是36个月而不是3个calender year.
于是4月份填写了1040x要求退回2008年头几个月交的税1000多,并附上理由和8833表。
然后收到irs的信，不同意
理由是
As a resident alien under the special presence test, you are
taxed on your world wide income.you cannot exlude income under treaty
article 19.
感觉这个理由很牵强啊。但是根据irs的信，如果我disagree的话，需要"appeal our
decision to disallow your claim"
请问上诉拿回钱的可能性大吗？有没有类似情况的？
