开个贴抛砖引玉，简单说说投资银行到底是做什么的吧。
投资银行一般主要有两条盈利线。Investment Banking和Global Market。前者是由一
群从不睡觉的“banker”组成的黑社会，主要做企业的上市，并购等和资本运作相关的
业务，收取非常可观的费用作为盈利。后者是一帮以“trader”为核心的庄家兼赌徒，
对全球各种金融产品进行定价和交易，赚取利润。
我对Investment Banking的理解仅限于电影“亲密敌人”里的黄立行，所以也无法展开
细说。但是就凭非死不可开盘能卖在42块，我对他们的工作怀有滔滔的敬仰。
来详细说说Global Market全球市场这一块吧。全球市场大致可分为Fixed Income固定

Miata来说，3万以内的一个敞篷跑车，成本上已经很局促了，这种前提下做到现在这个
地步算是挺不错了。同样价钱的Mustang、Camaro就肯定和它完全不是一种风格了，是
不是？
再怎么说Miata如何妥协，它整体设计还是为了这个“跑”字作为最主要的牺牲，比方
说，为什么重量分布，它用了相对较轻的I4，并且把它搞成前中置，RWD。而为了保持
灵活性，轴距就很短，纵置的前中置I4又占了很大的空间，所以想不搞成双座都不可能
，空间上说就为了“跑”字做了彻底的牺牲。Miata和一般的轿车一样，有一个类似
monocoque设计的车身，但是因为它是敞篷车，车身刚性较低，所以从车架结构以及悬
挂设计上它选择完全不同于一般轿车的方案。类似尺寸的轿车不用说也会用MacPherson
前悬挂。如果是coupe还好，对于敞篷车来说，较低的扭转刚性会彻底破坏前悬挂的动
作精确性。Miata采用了双叉臂前悬挂，但又不是一般轿车上使用的那种高位上臂的双
叉臂。那种双叉臂结构紧凑，但是悬挂几何上说并不是最理想的，而且因为需要高挑的

从一般大众的角度看。不能光从专业角度看。
corvette的车身设计是很exotic,但是车子本身不稀有，一般人也看不透他设计上的独
特，看起来也不贵气。
说不定搞个菜车让pininfarina去做个外形大部分人就觉得exotic了。。。

我感觉exotic和supercar不能直接挂钩，像Vette，结构上可以算exotic，但说不上
supercar
我觉得你对exotic的定义说弱点，就是我对supercar的定义了，就是车厂非系列化生产
的旗舰跑车
不过如果有人说应该再弱一点，把458、12C这种都包括进去，我也可以接受 |

exotic sale看看就知道了
每次拍卖2-3千辆lease刚到期或者快到期的豪华车，要是赶上某个牌子的大dealer参加
，一个车型就有上百辆，比如奔驰E350,一次有2百辆也不稀奇，大部分都还有半年左右
的warranty。你能说里面没有一辆值得买的。
另外dealer那里的二手车相当一部分都是auction上换来的，包括一些大dealer，他们
买回来加上CPO再卖。利润很大的。

我上大学期间，这时还没有小熊川菜，养过各种exotic pets，其中包括蛇。那么各种
动物有自己的diet，蛇是吃老鼠的。宠物店有专门为喂食蛇而专门繁殖培养的feeder
mice卖，有活的有冰冻的（即，死的），活的都是当时吃饭了才专门去买，买回来了就
得喂，那东西活不了多久，冰冻的呢就是有包装的，方便没有时间三天两头跑宠物店就
为买一只活老鼠的人，可以买一盒，放在冻箱里。
我在毕业前早就不养任何exotic pets，跟小熊川菜一点关系都没有。有人非要拿此大
做文章，一遍一遍的在不同楼里说，让不知所以然的读者看了以后产生误会，这实在让
人无语。而且我大学里养了啥宠物，宠物吃什么，这些个私人小道消息都要去打听，完

的地方，会有种失望感，因为越exotic作为普通游客能看到的东西多半越fake。但马拉
喀什我觉得是个例外。几朝的都城，一千来年来的生活方式似乎没怎么变过，哪怕商贩
坑爹其实也是他们文化的一部分，看过Life of Brian么，"You are supposed to
haggle"，呵呵。那个广场就是一部活历史，它的美感不是啥ps美图能传达的。
实在只追求养眼的也不是没有，比如Garden Majorelle，圣罗兰故居。圣罗兰什么高大
上的审美没见识过，可偏偏就对马拉喀什情有独钟，骨灰也要撒在这里。虽然这说明不

episode (by the way, somebody sitting behind me happened to wear an exotic
and fresh fragrance, which, quite unexpectedly, created a very special
viewing exprience for me...) I felt i was jumping and bouncing in
lightweight motions between the tree branches with the nabi characters. i

玩笑。你觉得有哪些比较好的反映非洲的作品呢？我看过好几个讲作家在非洲的电影，
可惜都忘了名字。感觉都比较exotic. |
