income20万Itemized deduction 到14万好像是件很困难的事情，能够到16万都已经不

基数大也就没有大夫会拒绝medicaid了.那就和bernie倡导的medicare for all也差不
多了。
记得好像kasich在ohio推行了medicaid expansion, 我在以前的一个帖子里把他简化为
“支持obamacare"。他的这个举动招徕了保守派不少的攻击。我想大部分共和党当州长
的州都否决了medicaid expansion.
在美国这种中央地方两级的federalism制度下，要想全国上下一心推行大改革真的是太
难了，因为中央有什么好想法，地方就会拖后腿(当然也可以阻止坏的政策）。state一
度被成为“民主的试验田”，有什么好的制度在地方成功了就可以由federal
government在全国推行。但是在现在这样一个信息时代，这样的制度利弊如何，真的不
好说。

1，不买没罚款。但是重新买加价30%。
2，老年人保费最多可以是年轻人5倍。
3，发钱买医保。年轻人$2000(<30),$2500(30-40),$3000(40-50),$3500(50-60),$4000
(>60).一家不能超过$14000.算下来基本上是两个大人，4个小孩。
4，逐步取消medicaid expansion。
另外还有些细节不重要。
影响
对工作有医保，和obamacare没多大区别，保费将继续涨。但是强制大雇主提供保险的
法律条文会取消。有些工作医保会取消，让自己去买。
对收入中上的，工作没医保的，自雇的，给的钱多了，可以买好一点的医保。
对收入低的，和obamacare差别不大。
对收入很低的，medicaid expansion取消，有些人会需要额外掏钱买，特别是年纪大的
。而补贴老人是年轻人的2倍，保费却是5倍。这些人最可能买不起保险。
年轻人因为补贴多了，可以买好的医保，等于是做了一个传递，把政府的钱送给保险公

昨天又仔细检查了，发现塑料盖子（这个车的coolant expansion tank的盖子，也可以
叫做radiator的盖子）中间的外边有一个小的十字裂纹。原来不太相信那末小的裂纹能
漏掉5-10oz的coolant (开个来回20miles),并且车停了以后，一直观察，没有感到盖子
的外边湿。但昨天一个修车师傅说驾驶过程中的高温和高压，从盖子的裂缝中蒸发掉5-
10oz的coolant完全有可能。
今天去拿新盖子，昨天没货，希望能解决问题。
另：车不开放一个星期的话，一点儿到不漏。Oil Pan里也没有发现奶状白色物，但
coolant expansion tank里面，当车刚启动的时候，有点儿油丝浮在上面（就像在一碗
水里加了一小滴油），但过一会儿，就不见了，引擎停了以后，也看不到油丝，不知道
正不正常？ |

最近radiator expansion tank 漏水（tank开裂），自己动手换了 新的tank 还有盖子，
然后在车底打开阀门把冷却液放光
问题是底下已经不漏冷却液了，但是tank里面还是可以看到有冷却液，
但是踩了几下油门，冷却液就会继续出来，然后放到没有水出来。
接着底下拧好阀门，然后把冷却液加满，
过了时间，然后把空调温度打到最高，风扇最低速度
持续加冷却液几分钟，去了下水泡
下面问题出现了
开车正常行驶一段时间后，打开前盖，可以听到有水滴声，
拧开expansion tank的盖子，有冷却液喷涌而出....可以一直喷好久
现在不知道怎么解决了．．．．
google 一下，怀疑是 radiator 有空气没有排干净，或者发动机进空气 |

刚认识的一新朋友前几年买了个宝马的 SUV。当年出门价是六万多刀。忠实地送迪勒维

first commercial use of its unique two-stroke, opposed-piston design to
occur by 2020, following an initial in-vehicle demonstration in early 2018.
It’s based on a design that’s well over 100 years old.

修。保修期过后，每年总要贡献给迪勒两三千块保养费。最近一次七万迈的保养，已经
花了快两千刀后，人还要他一百刀换水箱盖子。他犹豫了一下没答应，心说这东东总不
会这么短命吧，在两田上几块钱一个的货也能至少用十几年呢。
据他报告，车拿回家三天不到，在路上温度计突然窜到红线，然后又突然降到零点。急
忙靠边停车，拖到迪勒维修部，被告知 Coolant Expansion Tank 漏了。换一个五百
