foundation and preparing to pour the concrete slabs.

1. Make sure you have the right subfloor for hardwood floor

个新的
water heater和sump pump,sump pump的备用电池也给换.但是要自己出600刀,plumber
说原价
要750,给我优惠100刀,如果我付cash的话,再减50.
plumber说600刀cover搬走旧的water heater和安装expansion tank(我原来的water
heater没有),还有sump pump的备用电池的safety box.比较奇怪的是,因为water

热水循环系统靠一个Expansion Tank来防止水压过高，靠另一个Pressure Reducing
Valve (Automatic water feeder)来防止水压过低。如图。
请人来检查的时候发现 Expansion Tank里已经全部是水，所以当水热起来压力高时就
会从排水管排出。然后那个water feeder好像也不起作用了，拉动手动扳手的时候听不
到水流声。
现在暖气还能用。请问这两个零件是不是一定要马上换？
然后我们接下来装修的时候可能要改楼上的热水管，这样就需要把循环系统里所有的水
都放掉。我的理解是现在虽然water feeder不给水了，循环系统里的水还能撑一阵子。
但是如果装修的时候把现有的水都放掉，就一定要修water feeder了，不然暖气就不工
作了。
请问这个理解对吗？

If you're talking about health for your families, a little bit more $ is
really worth it in this case. You can even change the more expansive filters
more frequently if you want, but the suggestion is to stay away from the

1. 地板离墙0.5寸；
2. 将 drywall 割掉一些，地板与墙对齐。
我选的是#2，因为如果用#1，将来装 baseboard 的时候要用 quarter round 来将
expansion gap 盖住。
房间的一边墙原来已经离地，另外两边就没那么好运了。先用锯锯掉门框，再用
oscillating tool 将 drywall 割掉一些，离地稍比木地板高些。 |

），被问若干信息，报价九百余（热水器400多），同时提到有新的code，要求安装一

给township电话询问，得知expansion tank确实需要（其实我也没弄清楚那个干什么的）
Sandy当天，某胖男出现，逡巡一圈说，除了这个还要换开关若干，管道若干，共计一
千八百余。大怒，拒装。
半小时以后接到电话，好象是某首脑人物，还价至250刀装管道／开关，总价14xx.从之。
半小时后胖男再次出现，表情严肃，2.5小时之后完成。不得不说，活儿干得非常利索。 |

对，有expansion tank， 敲了下，敲的回声下面是脆的，上面是浑厚的，那这个东西
应该是好的。他说到了3个东西要换 automatic air vent, expansion tank,
automatic fill valve
刚才在boiler上看到有压力表的，现在压力指在20，温度180F。
说到这个压力就是我心里隔硬的地方。
上次他补好一楼的管子裂口后测试，发现原本工作正常的二楼变得不工作了，他死也找
不出原因，就在那不断折腾，比如朝管子里吹气，却没注意到是压力不对， 他后来电
话问他公司的其他人才明白原因是水压不对。

expansion gap吗?问了三个contractor, 一位说需要，另两位说木地板只需flush butt

UTICA BOILER MODEL# MGB175HD, 去年夏天搬进来时feed valve TACO 329前面的shut-
off valve是关着的，一直没有动过。冬天一月份拍了温度和压力的图，最近感觉
baseboard heating line有水进了气的哗哗响。发现boiler不烧的时候基本没有压强，
烧起来
压强高点但是也比一月份低，不烧了又低下去了。另发现air separator出口沾着少量
水。baseboard和墙周围没有发现漏水迹象。
问题：1. 我是不是应该打开shutoff valve补水？ 2. boiler的压力是不是由
expansion tank调整的？温度高里面空气热起来压力就高？ 3. 因为expansion tank 体
积不大，不需要失去多少水就会导致水压下降很多？
贴图由上到下: 第1是一月份照片，不清楚当时是不是在烧；第2.今天Boiler没烧时照
片；第3.烧热起来；第4. 不烧了在冷却过程中。

到像滴水的声音，furnace工作的时候，声音频率高，不加热的时候频率低，但是是一
直有的。关掉空调，就没有那个声音了。只是一个房间有，backyard一侧的一个房间，
furnace是在车库的，供暖应该是heat pump。有朋友说可能是thermal expansion，但
是听起来很像滴水，一直有的声音。怎么分辨是thermal expansion 还是滴水呢？非常

Extrol Ex-30 是 4.4加仑预充到 12 psi的 hydonic expansion tank, 可存水2.5加仑；
Therm-X-trol ST-12 是 4.4加仑预充到 50 psi的 thermal expansion tank, 可存水3
.2加仑.
如果给锅炉用，看起来应该是买ex-30，但是2.5加仑有点小。如果买st-12放气到12psi
，还能不能存水 3.2加仑？ st-12是ex-30两倍的价格，都是amtrol产品，谢谢。 |

妻子刚过了34岁生日，家里一个3岁一个1岁娃。接到大夫电话自己都傻了，到现在不是
很相信，恳请版上热心的朋友帮忙看看这个确定的概率有多大，感激不尽。另外如果有
好的南加地区的 ONCOLOGIEST 也恳请推荐。
大致情况是去年初生了老二之后，在月子里有一天吃了朋友送的酒酿之后当日小腹疼，
拉稀，之后断断续续一直这样时好时坏。因为哺乳所以没吃药。后来家里给寄了一些叫
“思密达”的粉状药说可以缓解症状吃了很多。到去年入秋突然有一晚胃疼的直不起腰
，去看了primary physician，作了血检，什么也没查出来，而且到了那就不那么疼了

。。。对于一个常函数，在任何一点，Talyor Expansion 任何高阶参数都
应该是零。。。 |
