training program (Maybe take 1 ~ 3 years). If you don't have teaching
experience, this helps a lot!

Acoording to my expeirence, printers are not like computeres, the price
would not keep so crazy low for long. it will finaly go up. must!

brokerage， listed derivate 和GSEC三个组里面的analyst。。
不是很tough，就是追问risk management, team work expeirence, improve
operation efficiency,还有就是transferable skills。
每组的面试官都比较nice,时间掌控的还行，我没看表，但是半小时一组刚好把准备的
东西说得差不多。
但还是一个感觉，没戏。需要继续修炼。。。谢谢楼上还有发站内信的同学建议。 |

个人开一个小组，四个老中，一个小老印，老中平均5+ yrs expeirence，老印2+ yrs
，上面一个个谈，有没有意向当manager，四个老中都推说自己不合适，美其名曰要照
顾家，小老印一个人说好。

我看了我们的contract，是这样欠的。
