2. 对方白人两口，理直气壮说我闯了红灯。我那个气啊！
3. 车挺好的，就算修好了也会以后少卖不少钱。
请问这种情况有必要请律师吗？律师到底能帮助争取哪些利益？

1. 你的medical expension主要是你自己和父母的医疗保险支付，只有在医疗保险不包
含或者没有医疗保险的情况下，汽车保险公司才赔付，这个无所谓吃不吃亏。
2.如果身体无大碍，基本上拿不到多少医疗补偿，
3.保险公司只负责吧车修好，或给修车钱，贬值啥的是不会管的。

直接选Target Date Fund也不是不行，就是如何balance所有account的stock/bond的al
location相对比较困难，而且Expens Ratio也相对会高一些~
所以，我个人建议是不要买Fund of Fund (e.g. Target Date or Life Strategy)，直
接买Index Fund，然后每半年或一年把各个account汇总balance一下就好了~ |

2. no pressure ? To get grant, you need to have publications in top venues.
3. AP after 2 yrs ? It is rare in AU to open a faculty position recently.

btw,我比过消费，其实比我在美国的话可能花的更少:p 因为省了不少去欧洲旅游的路
费，而且反正公司包饭的。此外还有在美国等h1b生效的gap，我不在美国读书，不可能
有OPT可以用，必然少拿几个月甚至十几个月的工资。如果在英国工作更不必说，工资
比美国少多了，消费还跟瑞士差不多高。
你想，如果不买房的话，生活消费比起收入是小数（绝对不是BSO，否则以后拿什么钱
买房啊）。苏黎世又不用买车，又省下一大笔支出。吃饭，过日子的人又不可能天天出
去吃。自己做饭+偶尔出去吃，再多能多花多少？其他东西或者是一次性消费，或者是
不必非在瑞士买的。比方说笔记本比美国贵好多，完全可以不从瑞士买啊。在瑞士买欧
洲的东西还便宜呢，如果去了美国，有的时候你们也会想：我如果在欧洲就好了，买
XXX便宜这么多啊。 |
