If the job descrition says the minimum requirement is Master's degree, then
it could be an EB2 not matter how many years of working experince needed.
Does anyone know do I still need to provide Employment Verification Letter
from previous employers if the job descrption also requires two or there
years work experince? Thanks. |

Here is some tips from my experinces.
have the eggs warmed at RTbefore bakery so that you can easily 打发蛋白
make sure there is no yolks mixed with egg white, and no oil
In a CLEAN bowl, add cream of tartar to 打发蛋白, usually I use 6-8 eggs to
make a spondge cake,beat for at least 6 minutes
GENTLELY Mix the 打发蛋白 with the flour and sugar,
I usually use the angel cake pan, which has a hole in the middle, to bake
spondge cake

pass the customs, remember that you must hold the original I-94 and do not
give it to the consulate though your visa has expred. I had the same
experince when i held H-1 visa and my old visa had expired too. I went to
Canada in March this year and plan to go there in June again. I suggest that
you had better apply for re-entry visa to US when you are in Canada so that
you have the chance the travel back and forth easily in the future.

work, in most of the case, it won't do you any good, my personal experince.
Maybe because my receiver is low end one.
P.S. most of the movies, even from web downloads, they would have 5.1 audio.
the music, unless it's a live recording, most of them are 2.0. But it never
bother me. I listened to mono sometimes. =) |

To me, no design is bad, over design is worse.
I tend to prefer design questions over pure algorithms coding for especially
experinced developers during the interview.It is more important to work, in
most of the cases.
It is easy to differentiate the level of candidates.I would not want to hire
who just coding and coding without thinking.
But keep the design simple. Tell the interviewer why you choose to to this
