Commish 。
每队保留 2 名 keepers，核心原则：
* 某队员如果是去年的一轮秀，那么今年不能 keep。
* 2名队员如果去年选位都比较靠前，那么今年不能全都 keep，两者之和必须大于
某数。
* 某队员如果去年已经是 keeper，那么需要特殊计算，再决定今年能否 keep。
* 任何队员，最多连续 keep 两年。
具体规则如下：
0) 计算参数
0.1) 一个队员，今年能否作 keeper，主要以该队员的“去年轮次”为依据；
某些时候，他的“去年轮次”不能一目了然，就要参考“前年轮次”，
比如后述规则里的例子。
0.2) 一个队员，无论是你自己 draft 的，还是别人 draft 后来扔掉
再后来辗转到了你队里，都以 draft 当场的轮次为准。
0.3) 一个队员，如果去年是 keeper，那么他的“去年轮次”等价于
“前年轮次-1”。比如，前年的RD6，去年做 keeper，那么他的
