发帖数: 449 | 1 昨天跑完MCM,趁着记忆还新鲜，赶快把自己的感受和想法写下来。
这是我的第三个马拉松，第一个是2011年的纽马，时间是4：35；第二个是去年的芝马
，因为受伤很早所以跑得比首马还慢，4：54。 这次最后的成绩是4：13，算是小pr了
一下，但是还是比我期望的慢了不少，自己跑完后想想，其实也在意料之中。下面就唠
叨一下我的教训和总结了。
1．预期的马拉松时间和平时训练的pace : 这次开始训练的时候我是朝着四小时训练
的，自己算了一下，如果要破四的话，得平均9：10 的pace. 所以我训练的时候long
run也就是9：00到9：10 的pace。但是其实这是不对的，我没有计算好喝水和上厕所的
时间，以及各种其他状况，最后我的平均时间算下来是9：40。现在我想想，如果最后
要9：10的话，就必须平时按照8：40的pace training.上次我看到whx同学的总结说，
马拉松时间=半马最好成绩x2 + 15，真是太对了!
2．马拉松最后的成绩是平时训练的体现。我不知道别人是不是可以在race day鸡血出

After BQ in Houston last year, I was a little lost on this marathon thing. I
loved running and racing, but marathon has too many variables. Even though
I just pulled one without potty stop, I hated it, the last week carb load,

如果想跟目标一致的跑友一起出发，我们有3:00，3:05, 3:10, 3:15, 3:25, 3:35, 4:

听老铁哥的，俺尽量少罗嗦，多放点照片和视频进来，让大家也能感受下比赛气氛，
对三项有兴趣的同学如果有啥问题请随便问, 不清楚的照片是手机照的或者网上截的.
【比赛】
先说比赛吧，俺也算是大大小小的战斗经历过不少了，不过这次第一回三项比赛还是有
点小忐忑，主要对游泳不太放心，最后发现直觉是对的，唯一suffer的就是游泳部分，
还好是第一项，也还好听老铁哥提醒去开水练了2次.
我对Ironman网站不太熟悉，一直到最后才找到athelete guide, 我是一直纳闷
怎么这比赛没任何说明，连Expo在哪儿都不知道，直到最后一周才知道网站下面还有一排
按钮，里面有详细的比赛说明，赛前周末去比赛的地方看了游泳的Oceanside harbor,
发现里面基本风平浪静，才算放心. 在Expo正好碰到Pro panel讲座, 12年KONA冠军
Pete Jacob也来了，中间戴超酷墨镜的那个就是，不过他这回好像没发挥好，名落孙山：

然后试了一下, 发现好冏, 把人拍得黄黄的.....
另外. 我试着做了很多个diffuser, 放在270ex上, 结果1米处拍人总是过爆, 把人拍得
白白的....白平衡调到闪灯的话, 有时候好一点..
目前为止, 反而是什么都不用, 直接打天花板的效果最好..冏....应该是我不会用吧..
..
然后, 用闪灯的时候我一般都是M档, 100快门, 2.8-4的光圈, 28-35mm.....一米距离
最后, 发现270实在是方便, 特别轻~~ |

现在每天的ridership是相当之高啊，绝对是一大贡献
只可惜现在只开通到半途，二期才能开通到我们公司所在地
经历过洛杉矶10号西向的塞车的同学就知道洛杉矶是多么需要靠谱公交了。
我们公司几个右逼，包括我老板，绝对的铁杆拥抢右逼，都是公交粉丝
纯粹无脑反公交的不知道是傻还是啥。
可惜洛杉矶号称左区，公交全国排名靠前的公交不发达（大城市里比较）
我现在盼着expo line二期开通，原来还说是late 2015，结果现在又变成late 2015测
试，hopefully limited open by early 2016了。
金线开通了六七年了，对改善裆烫到帕萨迪纳的交通改善非常明显

根据新世纪福音战士_中国的微博透露，「新世纪福音战士EVA」继此前的登陆日本计划
之后，新的官方活动在众人的期待中登场，内容是新世纪福音战士大展——「
EVAGELION EXPO」，活动地点在上海陆家嘴正大广场9楼，整个展会面积超过2500㎡，
时间从2013年11月16日至12月1日，为期共16天，给足了各地希望前去观摩的FANS充分
的准备时间。
目前EVAGELION EXPO上海站还未公开详细的展会内容，不知道2米初号机会不会空
降上海？此前介绍过的EVA:Q的原画展内容是否也会来到中国？而上海站之后是否还有

5:40集合完毕,6:35到达wharf,expo被偶从梦中叫醒赶来,7:15下海(每次都会耽误些时
间).
天气还凑活,浪是本周最小的一天,早上有些雾,中午12点左右才完全散开,也因此出现了
个上鱼小高潮.
btr/skyaer和新渔民高老大一船,俺/giest/expo和新人michael一船.skyaer继续去年的
威风,上了2条21的cabezon,giest一刻钟内连上两条15+的cabezon/sculpin,俺稍后也上
了条18的lingcod,可惜还不够size,只好放归大海.高老大新人据说表现可圈可点(请补
充?),俺们的老渔民michael缺没发挥出岸钓的威风,有些可惜.
最后战果:
skyaer组:2条21的cabezon,20左右rock(据说btr再次同情心大发,放了4条,包括他自
己钓的最大一条rock...),一只red rock
俺们组:15+ cabezon/sculpin各一条, 12+sea trout 2条, rock 16条供20条
总得来说,水温偏低,浪比去年稍大,rock食欲不旺盛,倒是cabezon有点活跃.不过作为 |
