那照这种定义的话 const double pi=3.1415926
这里的3.1415926肯定就不是constant expression了
可是同一本书上又说When a const is initialized by a value that is not a
constant expression, 那它的define就不应该在头文件里
照这个条件的话上面的pi的定义就不能放在头文件里了
可是看到另外一个来源里明明就说const double pi=3.1415926应该放在头文件里
因为它是被constant expression初始化的
那么，到底一个小数算不算 constant expression? |

好奇问一下，这个能跟google express现在的那个首单15刀off合用的话，amex会返15

以不太明白，很多语言设计为什么要区分两种东西，比如c/c++/java, etc？
Expression 会 return value
Statement 不会
但是完全可以忽略expression的返回值。

使用Windows Live Mail。我试了一下Windows Live Mail，可是Windows Live Mail转
换我Outlook Express中的address book后出现了一个问题。比如说我的一个朋友有6个
email地址，我可以全部存在Outlook Express中的address book里。但是到了Windows
Live Mail，系统自动取了前三个email地址，后面的就丢失了。我试了试Microsoft
Outlook和thunderbird，似乎都有这个问题。各位有什么见解？下一步该使用哪个软件
来管理email比较好？或者如何解决这个问题？ |

我只能转而使用outlook。但是有这么个问题：在我从outlook express转到outlook的
时候，
microsoft的address book里面的内容不能完全import到outlook的地址簿中去，其中有
一部分信
息会被丢弃，而且如果同一个联系人有多个email地址的话，outlook只会import前面几
