了485/ap/ead application。
但是现在排期进退情况不定， 我不知道能否在我下次H1b Renewal (expires Sep.
2012)之前绿。
My concern:
如果公司律师知道我交了485， 也快拿到ead/ap， 也许到时候我的h1b expries时候就
不给我renew了。
今天律师发信问我有没有file 485 based on my NIW， 我如果不把我交了485事实告诉
她， 应该没有什么关系吧？ 她自己也不应该能查到吧。 她有我的NIW approval
notice。

find a job.
After your wife gets the i20, don't file the change of status to uscis
until
your h1b is almost expried. If you still can't get a job when your h1b is
almost expired, submit your and your wife's change of status to uscis online.
Once she submits the documents, her f1 and your f2 are in pending status
and
it's legal for you and your wife to stay during pending stage.

发帖数: 281 | 11 我现在的身份是H1-B,之前合同是到8月底的，后来老板又把合同延期了半年,
所以2个月前就提交了H1的延期申请.但是时间只有半年
是从9月到明年的2月,
然后就是驾照的问题:
虽然驾照上显示的exprie时间是几年后,但是背面还有个renew时间
是在今年的8月
但是德州的规定是不论拿新驾照还是renew都必须出示一个证明
就是你在VISA过期时间必须大于你申请时间6个月(有点废话,相信大家都知道)
所以郁闷的事情就来了。
虽然2个月前就申请了。但是新的797表到现在还没收到
不知道要什么时候才能批下来
而driving office 的人一定要拿到797原件才给renew
但是等拿到新的797表的时候又不能符合那个最少六个月的要求，
所以我想请问下:
1。如果驾照不renew是不是这个驾照就作废了， 虽然前面写的expire日期还很久。
如果拿这过期驾照这样开.警察抓到会有什么样的责罚?
2。如果驾照过期,同时是不是也影响保险,如果真出什么问题的时候,保险公司会不会因
为驾照过期.拒绝赔偿?
3。这个会不会对以后到其它州申请驾照有影响？ |

like expried visa stamp, they need it. :)
The price is pretty nice, around $1500 for 7 day and 6 nights right now, if

After you have passed all 4 sections within the 18 month time period the
credits do not expire, but if you do not apply for certification 5 years
from the date of notification of passing the examination, in accordance with
Section15.9.H you will be required to show documentation of completion of
120 hours of CPE earned in the previous rolling 3 years. For additional
information please refer to Section 15.9.H of the Accountancy Act. Thank

ABI7500 fast的时候都说什么calibration expried, do you want to continue (
something like this)。
但是相同时间下Taqman assay没有问题。是不是这个机器校正过期对SYBR的影响特别大
，但对Taqman assay没有什么影响呢？
但是确实这个可能是原因，也许需要做SYBR的校正，而taqman assay用其它的filter,
可能还不受影响。 |

Does it mean that the tickets from Groupon can not be used after 11/28/2011?
