all wisdom
teeth. Only one told me potential nerve damage may be caused by extraction
and said if it doesn't give me trouble, it's probably better to leave it
alone. I use waterpik to clean that wisdom tooth area carefully after meal

补牙 - now I guess we are talking about the same thing 镶牙and 植牙 - i.e.
basically, after you have your bad tooth extracted, they put a screw on your
bone, and then add a crown on top of it (there are other options such as
bridge etc, but it'll need to trim the good teeth on both side)
if you can save you tooth without extracting it, do everything you can to
save it. but if cannot, it's okay to 植牙 |

就可以才行，收费也便宜
复杂的surgery extraction需要specialist 收费也比较贵，是general dentist的3-4

用了Extractor Spring Upgrade的AR,extraction应该很可靠的，DD upper应该已经用
了的。

FTE如果是抽出部分可能是新upper的chamber和BCG太紧或漏气，不如5.56给力的.223只
能将BCG向后推到可以勉强送入下一发但不一定能够正常抛壳。上好油，多打些子弹抛
光一下chamber和upper里面的零件应该会有好转的，如果不再有这样的问题就不用担心
了。DD的枪是5.56 NATO chamber，gas port不会像一些.223开的更大些而over
gassing。over gassing会有其它各类可靠性上的问题。
不怕声音太响，去有电动靶子的室内靶场校枪会方便些，25码/50码靶子可以随时拿回
来看。有望远镜或观靶镜还是不如靶子在自己眼前看的舒服。距离更长那肯定只能室外
加观靶镜了。 |

1。Atkin's Phase 1最关键的步骤也就是每日net carb摄入不超过20g，引发身体消耗
脂肪以提供能量的机制。
为了不至于让饮食太过极端，我的饮食种“蛋奶：肉：蔬菜”的比例大约是1：2：4，
通常早餐是1份蛋奶+1份蔬菜；午餐和晚餐都各是1份肉和1.5份蔬菜。米、面、坚果、
淀粉类蔬菜、糖、水果、酒精都完全不涉入。即便如此，食物中的net carb也有超量的
危险，主要来自我喜欢的非沙拉蔬菜（黄瓜、蘑菇、牛油果、番茄），所以想到用Carb

材料：一个蛋，一根香蕉，20-30g玉米面(或者别的比较复杂的碳水)
可选：unsweetened可可粉，vanilla extract
做法：把香蕉(100Cal)压碎在碗里,加蛋(80Cal)打散，可以加一点vanilla extract或
者unsweetened cocoa(10Cal),再加两勺粗粮面粉(~100Cal),放进微波炉里转两分钟(我
家是700瓦的)就可以了
这个做法不用油，也不用baking powder，蛋本身出来就有很多气孔，组织很松软很好
吃，唯一可能的缺点是不够甜，因为没有加任何糖，姐妹们可以增减替换原料，我觉得
key point就是香蕉代替糖，全蛋提供蛋糕组织的支撑和香味，足以给减肥的我以慰藉
了，哈哈哈哈 |

has nothing, so you can't extract any value with a larger bet, but you don't
want to check a trip either. And if he does have a monster, he usually won'
t raise you big because you bet smallish twice and raising big won't extract

吃饭了，从11:30am 玩到快3点，一开始太急着play,bluff没有找到好spot，很快$

当时眼睛就睁大了，口水也流出来了。这么多年过去了，好象再也没有闻到过那熟悉的
香味了，最近在一本书上看到菠萝包三个字，还有那详细的做法，手不禁开始痒痒了。
好吧！不管成功与失败，总得先去尝试一下对吧！好在运气不错，没有特别失败，也就
算小小的成功了一把。宝贝闺女特爱吃，今天最后一个，边吃还边提醒俺：＂妈妈，最
后一个菠萝包我吃了哈？＂
做法复杂，强力不推荐，前后花去三小时。很悲催的是，这个方子里用的是罐头装的菠
萝，而且还只需要一勺，真不过瘾😄
发酵小面团原料：
1/4 ounce 干发酵粉
3/4 teaspoon 糖
1/2 cup 温水
3/4 cup bread flour
面团原料：
4 cups bread flour
3/4 cup 再加上2 tablespoons 糖
3 eggs
1/2 cup 温水 （切记：不要一次性加入，慢慢加入，后有说明）
1/4 cup 牛奶
2 tablespoons 干奶粉（dry milk）
