有多个含义，可以对应中文多个词。可以说中文更严谨。LZ举例的end，就既可以做动
词，又可以做名词，作名词是的含义也很多：对应中文的 末尾、端、尽头、梢、终止
、结局、结果、 目标、 目的、死去 等等。

病人 has MCA stroke, 同时还有junctional arrhythmia, HR42, low urine output,
dehydration.
在tibia上打一个孔，接上infusion fluids, and meds.
works well for adult patients.
顿时想到UW（CK？）有一题考的就是IO。只不过是儿童病人。 现在adult patients 也
用。 让我感觉到UW出的题目还是比较紧扣临床实践，考查实际中重要的知识。
我的感受UW不光考试有用，对临床也很有帮助。
