like his work. Macosko also touched that a little bit. White JL is still
active in this field, but you have to pay him if you really want to work in
his group(kidding). I believe NJIT is still doing a lot on that. However, only
one guy impressed me on reactive extrusion in recent years, and he is a
Chinese in France now. His name is HU GUO-HUA.
Actually French people are transfering this technology to a state of art. I |

如果你真要实践的话，我还有几个血的教训：
1) liner的边缘一定要跟extrusion咬住，如果不紧的话，它就会被水的压力拽出来，
出来一旦很大，你就没有办法弄进去了，必须放水。你google一下"get liner back to
track"，有一些教程可以处理刚出现的脱轨问题。防止这种情况发生，你需要买一些
shim卡在extrusion里面来防止脱轨
2) 放水一定要看着，千万不要为了省时间，晚上overnight让它自己放。因为一旦出现
问题，早期还可以修复，一旦水上来了，很多东西就修不了了。一个月前我overnight
放水，结果第二天早上一个角上的liner全部从extrusion脱出来了
3) wrinkle一定要在放水之前消除。不要幻想水压会把wrinkle给摸平。水一旦超过1ft
，这些wrinkle就是permanent了，因为水压大，你很难再拉平
4) 安装的时候shop vac最好从长边中间伸到liner背面，千万不要从角上伸进去，否则
一旦水加进来，拐弯的地方张力最大，取出shop vac之后很难再把liner嵌入extrusion

我当时让pool company来看，他们就说如果liner是5年旧，他们会坚决不推荐放水的。
coping是指水泥上面压着extrusion的石头或者水泥块。你是说liner从extrusion的
track中脱掉了吧？如果是的话，我建议你先请人来看。如果脱掉的那块不是很长，你
找两个人应该可以拉上来。新的liner弹性很好，如果是老的，就得向上面浇开水，我
在加水放水的过程中用开水修复了不少类似情况。很容易操作。
如果压力太大，提不上来，我建议你到harbor freight买一个滑轮组，一头用C-clamp
夹住松开的liner(受力要均匀)，找个地方固定，这样你的力量可以放大四倍。拉的时
候要慢慢拉长，比如一个小时缩紧半厘米。liner的弹性很好。我现在的liner受力不均
匀，一边边缘的方块只有9 in长，深水区已经13 in了，但仍然没有拉破。一旦把边缘
拉过coping的高度，你就可以轻松地把它塞在extrusion里面。
真的放水的话，千万不要放空，一旦放空，你的liner就完了。我当初其实就是有点小

把liner换掉还有很多其他的问题，比如侧面的cement wall接近地面的地方会有很多
crumbling，一旦liner去掉，这些碎掉的水泥块会脱落，你需要重新抹水泥，否则嵌在
墙里面用来固定liner的extrusion会松掉。cement wall上沾的foam padding也会掉下
来，liner下面的地面也需要重新做。
如果前面的问题都解决了，而且有量身定制好的新liner，安装的确很容易，我估计我
现在自己安没有什么问题，无非需要用一个shop vac先把底下的气抽掉，然后把
wrinkle去掉，后面就是加水了。新liner很软，很容易stretch，跟老liner完全不一样。
liner本身便宜吗？你是从网上order吗？我问过的contractor大多都是从两家定制：
Vynall和Premier，但这两家都没有我现在的pattern，而且好象没有直接order的选项
，我也没有问过liner本身需要多少钱。 |
