doesn't matter send 0/0 to oca or oca set default gw to router, off-net
traffic except traffic to AS2906 will be dropped on upstream router, which
means this route is dedicated to oca. so isp has to pitch in bw/power/space/
router.
real threat to Akamai/llnw/l3 is aws/azure, not home-grown cdn from fb/goog/
Netflix/etc. anyway it's hard for them to get biz from them, haha. biz for

you should consider Java.
Embedded system is OK. FPGA, VLSI are also OK. I think the course you've
taken may not be the least the recruiters concern but definitely not the
first thing attracting their eyeballs either. Really mattered is the project
experiences. |

When started running for ~1 hr, I set it at low voltage (60v) and went out
for something to eat. About 3 hrs
later I was back and found out that I did not press start button. The
Bromophenol blue band is blurred and
about 1 cm in width.
I started the run again. Now the stained protein marker bands and the Bromophenol blue bands are all fine like
normal with my eyeballs.
Is it still good and worth continuing?

两个population是不是有很大重合而已。真正要看到底平均
值是不是有区别，还是sunny说的sem。
这个问题其实很简单啊，记住sunny的那两句话，或者旁听
一个本科的stat101就很清楚了。其实，我觉得不管文理，
stat101是一定要去听一遍的，否则太容易被人忽悠。理科生
最好去听一门bayesian, 就算忽略里面所有数学计算，光是
那个哲学理念就很有好处 |

如果有个特别的原因，比如这个sample污染了等等，这个
时候才能扔。否则，我觉得比较好的方法就是不要用mean,
直接用median, test可能换成rank这一类non-parametric
如果随便混混paper的，自己定个rule, 比如10个数据，
3x std之外的就扔，consistent就行。
如果再随便，我见过三个数据eyeballing然后把不爽的扔掉的。。。。 |

While it is pretty hard to get state-level cycles, I use national level cycle
