usually you have certain amount of cap for new eyeglasses per year. if you
expend more than the cap you are responsible for the extra costs.
eye exam should be cheap. i think most companies provide free eye exam per
year once.
a good frame could cost 150 dollars. ultra light lenses could cost 130
dollars. usually i go for sears for its nice choices. I dont like glass craft.
the styles there are very dumb.

better ones, you need to pay quite some.
if I remember correctly:
eye exam: 10 copay. some extra exam for contact lenses can cost you
additional ~100
frame: 95 off(I think), then 20% off for anything beyond that. example for a
300 frame you pay about $160
lenses: basic lenses is almost free. but with anti glare + hi-index (with uv
protection) ~150 after insurance
prepare ~400 for a nice pair of eye glasses (without ins, you cost would be
~700-800)

you have 3-month gurantee, you can exchange/return very easily if you don't
like them.

frames. Anyway, I think even BJ has 配眼镜. You just want to make sure they
