if your conjunctivitis produces thick yellow green or white discharge more
than likely it's bacterial and need antibiotic ointment instead of just
lubircant,
you might want to try hot compression for your eyelid, normally i wouldn't
trust primary care physician for anything with the eye, speaking for myself
i have no idea as far as dz involved with eyes, so always go to see
ophthalomology, don't know what insurance you have, might try to call eye
doctor and tell them it's an emergency, |

听那些要开刀的。原理上chalzion和pimple是一样的。热敷（最好是湿的）几次每次10
分钟。预防的话可以用TheraTears SteriLid Eyelid Cleanser每天清洁眼睛 （原理和

optometrist其实只是验光师，在国内中专，技校毕业就能当，在美国虽然也是doctor
，但是快的program两年就能毕业，跟正规的眼科医生还是差很多。 |

没有痛感，但是红肿的是散粒肿
前者自己会好，后者一般情况下都是要手术的
我了解是因为我儿子三个月的时候得过，眼睛肿得像个虾球，我们当时刚好在国内探亲
，带儿子去了上海的儿童医疗中心看的，医生说散粒肿基本都是要靠手术解决问题，很
难自己消退，比麦粒肿难搞多了，我当时考虑即时手术也回到这边做，所以就采取一些
别的方法治疗。
当时配的眼药水和眼药膏，都是日本出的，每天两次，另外就是热水敷，每天三-四次
，每次敷都是一场大战役，孩子小，不合作，但是效果很明显，就这么折腾了3个星期
，肿块自己消退了，最后剩下一个小颗粒，大概2个多星期之后，小颗粒才彻底消失。 |

周三去看了眼科医生，都以为像上周五见的那个验光师说的一样要做手术，结
果这医生根本还没动任何检测仪器，进去后就拿手在琦琦左眼皮上一摸，然后就说是霰
粒肿(chalazion)，由眼睑缘炎引起。开了滴眼药。然后还是得坚持每天热敷，每天4次
每次5分钟，坚持一个月。然后然后我才搞明白小人眼睛疼并不是因为那个小粒粒，而
是有炎症。而那个小粒粒叫pyogenic granuloma，由霰粒肿引起，不用摘除，因为不会
再长，也不会影响视力眼睛，所以他认为不用做手术摘除。另外也觉得孩子太小，也不
适合做。
如果一个月后还有疼痛，或者granuloma变大，再去drain或者小手术。
以前刚开始的时候也热敷过，但没有严格的坚持下去。这两天热敷后女儿说明显的不那
么疼了。也希望我女儿的那个小颗粒也能最终消失。
另外，这个眼药非常之贵哈。当时医生那里送的有sample,回来滴了一次后就再也滴不
出第二滴了，一看才0.65ml，当时就想这医生也太抠门了，这40的copay，还不知道有
多少帐单到我这里和保险公司的呢。结果昨天自己去买药，才发现2.5ml的药，每天1滴

Beijing and they operated on her in Beijing Children's hospital. However,
the operation was not very clean, and as a result it grew back the second
year. We operated again with a well know eye doctor in the US and it never
came back again. It is a small operation.
We tried hot press and the eye drop too. It made it smaller, but never
completely got ride of it. |

room (which also opens 24hrs), rather than the MGH emergency room.
Also, you can try baby shampoo for cleaning and warm compresses for
comfort (close your eyes, and use a fresh warm water soaked cloth over the
closed eyelid) to see if there is any relief. If you want to try
artificial tears, get the ones that are preservative free. |

我自己吃过各种药，维生素， 蜂蜜，针灸，什么什么的etc。。。。
对抗花粉过敏就是要避免接触到花粉。 下面是对我自己有效的：
洗手，手上有许多花粉颗粒和细菌。都会造成过敏。 擦洗眼睛，冲洗鼻子。 擦眼睛东
西叫 eyelid cleanser, 洗鼻子东西叫nailman ...，各药店有卖, 对我很有效。擦眼
睛皮常常看到黑色小颗粒。 只要去过室外都擦。 用之前洗手。
湿布擦车子方向盘和座位 etc
减少出门，家里装空气过滤器。我们先买了个小的，后来全家中央空调装了个大的。
出门戴护目镜，不是墨镜，是那个干活时候保护眼睛的，密封比较好的。 戴口罩。 戴
