在意影响因子，不干生物却甚于生物。在流体力学之外，他显然也打起了化学＋纳米＋
材料的主意，他喜欢被attention，追流行。有几篇文章nanoparticle, nanorod 是关
键词。这篇PRL的文章是他独立之后的有限的亮点文章，但却走的是nanopore（这里是
micron size)的路线，主要是实验数据总结，强的理论基础看不出来。可以预见，这哥
们儿去了南方科技大，一定会与那里的纳米灌水风气相结合，搞出很多他想要的高点数
文章来。

做了三年的MEMS
然后在美国读了六年(汗，读了三年半转了导师)，也一直是MEMS相关
总共将近十年的MEMS经验，马上九月底十月初博士答辩
基本上硕士三年是micro fabrication做一个微流体芯片
然后围绕该芯片做一个带键盘和液晶菜单显示的单片机的控制系统
主要工作量在单片机相关的PCB设计调试、嵌入式系统编程调试方面。
博士前三年半做了五六个项目，基本都是纯粹的micro fabrication
中间涉及到一些微流体传热的研究是用ANSYS模拟的
不过大部分工作都是focus在clean room里
基本的一些工艺流程都比较熟悉，比如镀膜、光刻、干/湿腐蚀，硅/非硅等等
期间有段时间还管理过clean room，维护设备则是一直在做的
博士毕业前这两年半主要做压电材料的传感器研究
主要用的ST石英和LiNbO3做声表面波
这里面fabrication比较简单，主要工作围绕在声表面波的理论设计上
做的东西有压力传感器和气体传感器等
现在投简历都是通过indeed和linkedin但是一直没有消息

各种device应用。组很小，所以几乎全套的工作都是我做的。做过fabrication，
characterization，modeling，reliability。比较懂device physics 和 fabrication
process。
另外，有过两次暑期实习经验。全在半导体公司。一次做process engineering，主要
是CMP modeling。第二次是device engineering，做device design，layout，测试。
主要是digital & analogy CMOS 和 BJTdevice，还有power device。
我个人学习能力比较强，基本上手都比较快。本科是学物理的，PHD转到ECE，快速上手
，4年多点，就把PHD搞定。journal和conference 一共10几篇。很多东西都是自学的，
所以个人能力请放心。

it won't help. many trees grow well with that fabric (probably the other
tree you have has this fabric too).
trees develop dead branches for many natural/unnatural reasons. improper
trimming, pests, deer, poor draining of the soil, pH value, extreme weathers
(storm, heavy snow) ... the landscape fabric is the most unlikely cause
compared to the rest. |

没有喷灌系统，白天没办法浇水，只能早晚浇水，很多种子都干掉了。准备今年秋天再
战。详细计划在此，请大家给参谋一下。
地区：新英格兰6a
位置：房子在一个缓坡上，后院大概有15度的坡度
问题：好草稀稀拉拉，杂草也稀稀拉拉（大概因为我去年的冬肥今年的春肥都有weed
control所以杂草没长起来？）坑坑洼洼很不平整。
计划：
1. 把草剪到最短。roundup第一次。一周之后tiller翻地，晒几天。清除死草，树根，
石头。
2. 根据草神原来的帖子，应该这时候平整土地。方法就是浇水晾干几次，让土落实了
，然后再平整一下。
3. 步骤2因为会浇水，所以杂草就会长出来。roundup第二次。一周之后清除死草。
4. 撒startup肥料，和土稍微混合一下。撒种子。
5. 用白色landscape fabric覆盖，每天浇水一次。（不准备安喷灌，将来也只会用地
面上的那种简易的喷水系统。所以为了解决种子发芽期间土壤保湿的问题，用

The above three stores all carry wool, cotton and acrylic yarns - the same low-end brand names at about the same prices. For better quality wool, you might want to check with specialty knitting stores.

materials. Gore-tex is a type of waterproof fabric which was patented by
Gore. Yet it is not the only one out there. There are quite a few waterproof
and breathable fabric, e.g. eVent, HyVent, etc. Gore-tex itself has many

released an illustrated guide on using cloth as opposed to paper for
wrapping gifts. Called Furoshiki, the idea here is to cut down on the over
use of paper usually used in gift wrapping and tossed in the landfill. The
fabric wrapping becomes another gift as well. I'm thinking bandana, or
fabric scraps, but I'm sure there are other uses for small squares of fabric
that recipients can save and use again.

在Micheal's、AC Moore或Joann这种art&crafts连锁店可以买到。
画前要把衣服或布先洗一下。画完晾24小时后或更长时间（看说明）再洗。
其它没啥要注意的了。
伽蓝曾建议过在fabric paints里加acrylic paints，可以让颜色更鲜亮。
其实直接拿acrylic paints画也可以。据说好处是颜色更鲜艳，坏处颜料更容易掉，附
着力不如fabric paints好。 |

the outside,,all i felt is fabric, but the SA insisted that it is silver
foil and mesh printed on lambskin. so i don't know.
Are you sure this is fabric?
这个是Fabric的，还要2800多，如果楼主常有夜间活动，倒是利用率高，否则，不如买

the fabric of the shirt.
This one has the boyfriend style--relative casual; the fabric is merino wool
, relative thin;
the cotton shirt underneath is non-iron, kind of stiff and bulky.
That is why these two particular pieces do not match perfectly and
effortlessly. And, it's better button-off. |

定边上就可以了，每隔十尺订一个。一般fabric和pins是分开卖的。
没garden staples也不要紧，mulch一般能够压得住（前提是mulch铺得够厚）。 |
