兴趣的同仁加入，盼望大家支持。
上发贴招过团队成员，到现在成立一年多了，公司在中关村生物医药园，目前有计划在
二线城市设立子公司，把新药研发与外包业务分开。已有VC进入，目标1-2年内完成下
一轮融资。因为我们是startup早期，要做的事不少，各方面用人的地方也很多，难以
直接给出一个一刀切的职位和待遇，所以，因人而异，采取比较灵活的做法。一般会根
据个人的动机、能力、特长来确定，针对不同的情况，对合适的人选（至少要满足我原
帖里所述条件）争取最大程度地激励，比如：要钱的给: 钱，要股份的给股份，除非超
出公司的承受能力。 |

我想目前中国人上广泛认为适合移民国家主要有四个：北美的美国和加拿大；大洋
洲的澳大利亚和新西兰。其中美国和新西兰因为各自都有很严重的劣势（前者要求太高
，后者经济不够发达）目前中国移民大多集中在澳大利亚和加拿大。本人拿了国内大学
学士去了加拿大ubc读硕士，毕业后申请美国的学校未果，经过多方考虑移民去了悉尼
，我想我还是有资格比较一下这两个国家的。
首先介绍一下两个国家的概况吧，还是能说明一些问题的。澳洲人口2000万，国土
面积770万平方公里，2004年人均收入21,650，世界排名19；加拿大人口2700万，国土

这边一般所谓tenure叫continuing,就是过了2或3年的probation,职位就终身了
所以最低的associate lecturer或者lecturer虽然不到senior lecturer/asso prof/
prof(那些被认为等同于北美的asso prof/prof)也可以终身
如果是3年,那么是属于合同,一般是用来顶替临时的教学需要(可能终身的那些人study
leave, long service leave,甚至休产假),到合同期满可能就辞退,不过一般来说如果
系里确实还需要,续签甚至转为终身的可能性很大
这里的副教授教授评选很难的,不象美国只要fac都是prof(至少assi prof)
所以某种意义上任教职难,但一旦任上了,就可以不思进取了 |

掌握的技术很多。分子生物，细胞，细菌，慢病毒，小鼠大鼠动物模型，FACs，ELISA
，qpcr，免疫荧光染色、组化、WB，IP，coIP，EMSA,RIA等等。因第一个老板做的方向
不是很对口，磨绿卡没换地方，现在对做PI没了信心和资历，因lg要来boston读书，想
找个技术员的职位。
本人工作效率比较高，不喜欢没事在实验室耗（家有上学的小孩，也耗不起）。现在的
工作量差不多平均每天能跑6-8张WB外加其他实验。不需VISA，有绿卡
希望老板不要太变态就行了，reasonable pushy一点没关系。
