Generally speaking, a GSM multiframe contains 26 8-slot
frames, with each frame 8 time slots. In normal case,
each time slot in these frames are assigned to one user,
and this is called TCH-F assignment. In a multiframe there
are 26 slots for one user, marked from slot 0 to 25, in which
slot 12 and 25 are not used to carry user traffic. Slot 12
