方黑像那些电信骗子，采取的是广种薄收的策略，发的邮件多了，总有上当的。但此前

不过陆路交通管理局强调，这批本地引进的首批中国制造列车所出现的瑕疵，并非结构
出现裂痕，不会影响列车系统的安全性。
这批列车是在2011年从中国青岛运抵新加坡，SMRT工程人员在2013年进行检查时发现，
列车在衔接车身与转向架（bogie）的部位有裂痕。
据本报了解，出问题的列车被发现有发丝般的极细裂痕（hairline crack），为安全起
见，当局把这些列车退回给中国厂商，由于还在保用期，厂商有义务免费更换车身。
这些列车已在过去三年分批运回青岛厂房，目前不清楚还有多少列车未退回。SMRT受询
时只透露，所有列车的车身将在2023年之前完成更换。
不过，交通部昨晚深夜在政府网页Factually上澄清，厂商将能加速更换工作，在2019
年完成更换所有26列列车的车身。
