落在了NSC，找了几个律师，大部分都认为可以上EB-1A，板上著名刘大状也谨慎表示乐
意接。我在板上学习了一阵子，大家都建议不要找律师同时做EB-1A和NIW，因为NIW大
抵会过，即使EB-1A不过也要交全款，所以我打算只找律师版EB1A。但是万一不过，我
还可以回头申请NIW么，刘大状说 如果我fail了EB1A，“NIW will be a new case.
If you intend to file NIW, it should be filed with EB-1A, not after it is
denied. It makes less legal or economic sense to file NIW after EB-1A is
denied. ”。果真fail了EB1a再fileNIW就less legal么？谢谢 |

佬会跟Grassley在这个问题上合作。作为一个有希望的bill没人希望它简单地fail，而
都想往里面加入自己的主张，搭顺风车。Grassley作为老资格使出一个hold就是想以此
加入修改，其他人不见得会这点面子都不给非要用60票把hold取消.

去年是我来美第20年，突然心血来潮，报名去参加入籍考试。我以前经常听老华侨们讲
入美国籍的故事，很多人考了很多次都过不了关，所以把入籍考试描绘得神神秘秘，听
多了，我也有紧张。
入籍美国，主要是考美国历史，地理，政治制度，总共有一百多道题。在这一百多道题
中，移民官其实只问其中十题或十多道题。但是当移民官问话时，你要回答得镇静自如
，流畅自然，那就是一种挑战。
英语自然是一个关键因素，但是就算你英语很好，你也要认真复习一下，我当时就栽了
。移民官问了我10道题，结果我有5道题没答出来：

人在加州，车是去年5月在dealer买的二手2005 ford focus
要renew sticker，今天去做smog check，结果visual inspection fail
说是modified air hose and air cleaner without C.A.R.P (记不清，据说是label）
要换回origin parts，quote下来加labor $700+
跟tech聊了一下，说这是illegal modify，而且dealer卖车前也要过SMOG check
他们这是隐瞒没有告知我
请问我这样能去找dealer要求补偿么，七百多还是很肉痛的 |

右转错误是不可否认的，但是另外两个理由，一个说限速40的地方我只开了25，一个说
我不该跟他讨论信号灯的含义，开车的是我不是他。
这后两条实在没法接受，限速40是上限，也不是下限，前后左右都没车，没影响别人。
以前朋友告诉我每个动作都跟考官确认好了再做，所以我就虚心挨个动作跟考官确认重
复，这也成了我对信号灯含义不明确，开车不自信的理由。
不知道fail了一次，第二天再考会不会被认为没有进行足够的practice？大家知道周六
能考么？ |

在一个社区大学兼职教一门课。现在开始算期末总成绩了，各种mid exams, lab exam,
lab reports, assignments,final，bonus exams,全加起来，尽量宽松，还是有一半
学生在60分以下。唉，实在想放水啊，但又觉得不能太无底线。只字未改的题目，考过
，讲过，再考，还是不会。问原子由哪三部分组成，回答说气态，液态，固态。。。
一狠心，fail了一半，刚刚把成绩报上去了。:( |

I had a Seagate drive having same symptoms.
Try to freeze the drive within a sealed zip bag in your refrigerator for 24
hours and bless, then try it as a secondary drive when it is cold. If it
works fine, you can get everything back. Backup your data ASAP. Otherwise,
buy a new drive. |

分数，得了72，她现在还不知道。还有AUD也fail了一次，第二次还没考，打算以二月
初考，马上BEC二月底要过期了。俺担心她撑不下来，不如让她暂时放弃CPA，专心找工
作，等工作几年以后再说。或者各位有什么窍门么？

I understanding how eager you want to be matched.
I understanding you have to go the next matching season if you miss 2009
season. It is one year. Yes, it is very wasteful.
I also understand the attempts would minimize the matching opportunity. This
is critical!
Please do not take CS until you are really ready. Don’t ruin your promising
future by the careless attempts especially for those who failed at English
proficiency.
