tactical 层面的话，failure 以后，大方向应该是 close the gap。方向上，通常是
improve tactical，但确有必要的情况下，也可以改 strategy，比如骗小日炸珍珠港
而拉美帝下水。虽然这样显然把大头让给美帝，但至少确保不成为战败国。 |

i posted this a few weeks ago.
2-3 months new seagate external 1.5TB hard drive (7200.11) dropped from 2
feet high place carpet while it was being used. I took it out of the
enclosure but i cannot get the data back. Can I assembly the external hard drive and then still send it back to Seagate for repair/replacement or something else?

pxe-e61:media test failure check cable
查了一下,看到装好系统的机器也有遇到同样故障的,不是DOS机特有的问题．
据说是硬盘cable没有连好．很多人说在本子硬盘处周围敲敲打打可以解决问题．
我敲了敲试试，没搞定，可能是不得要领．
把硬盘拔除来重新插回，反复几次也没搞定．
问问有人见过这样的么？如果正常的话开机应该看到什么？会进入DOS看到命令行提示
符？
请问用正版盘装Win7，就是把盘放入光驱启动就行了么？

罚单，一张就是improper parking，另一张是39:4-57 Failure to comply . 停车的那

就认了。第二张这个还要加2点，很不爽。
有没有收到过这种罚单的？交罚款我就认了，如果去法庭argue的话能把点去掉吗？

1. speeding：在乡间小路，超速20，被ticked。
2. 还同时给张Failure to Inspect：1月换牌照和驾照时，dmv的态度很不好，扔给我
一堆receipts，我还特意念了念：it is not required by law if your car is less
than 5 years。以为不用做inspection.

需要更长的时间来恢复。所以如果你每周每个部位训练1次，可以每组都力竭。如果每
周每个部位2次，就只能在每个动作的最后一组到力竭。
然而每个人的恢复能力是不同的，需要自己摸索。
你可以记录下每次训练使用的重量和次数，观察下，看是否能保持进步，或者在下次
workout时看自己有没有完全恢复好。 如果能够充分恢复，且保持进步，说明你现在的
计划是适当的，不管是每组还是最后一组都是可行的。
我个人经验，每周循环2次，最后一组到力竭，围度增长的效果挺好的。 |

i would like lower the weight a bit, do 10 reps in comfortable manner, and
finish all the reps of the set 一气贺成
with no pause or very small pause in between reps,
and maximal range of up and down....

最近去世了，故事是这样的：一个月前他们夫妻俩出国vacation，10多天以后回来发现
Edison特别瘦，不吃不喝的，带到医院一看说是kidney failure，当场就住院了一个星
期。赶巧那个周末他们又去北卡参加朋友婚礼，回来以后医生还是让继续住院观察。又
耗了一天以后，Edison麻麻实在不忍心看着没有任何起色的他在医院孤单，就坚持把他
领回家了。到家以后Edison趴在她膝盖上喘粗气，不久就断气了，好像他一直在等着回
家的这一刻－－当时的场面很令人崩溃。。Edison走后他们家还有5只猫，但是他们觉
得很empty，因为Edison曾经一直非常地sweet。。
他们一直在思考如果不出去旅行，会不会避免发生这样的事情。其实他们不在的时候，
来cat sit的人也是我们一个shelter里的，应该是很懂得照顾猫的。只是朋友家另有一
只和Edison同样年纪的Jady，患有高血压。Cat sitter很注意观察Jady的状况，完全没
有注意到Edison的情形改变。而且Edison之前有过blad |

那么健康可爱。带给了我们家不知多少快乐。开始的时候都是in door的，后来我们去
院子的时候会跟着我们，在我的腿上蹭啊蹭的，从来不会走远。再后来我们开门的时候
自己会溜出去，玩上最多一个小时就会在门口喵喵的叫我们给他开门。
可是上周五突然开始呕吐，开始是吐些白沫，吃点东西就把猫粮吐出来了。听说猫咪偶
尔呕吐是正常的，以为他可能在院子里吃了草或者什么不舒服，吐了就没事了。可是晚
上连着吐了好多次，精神也不太好。周六早上一直睡觉也不动。老公说送医院看看吧。
可是我们经常去的医院周六只开半天，他们让送去附近一家24小时的animal hospital
。送去的时候已经已经下午一点左右了。护士检查了口耳鼻体温什么的就让我们等医生
来。医生来了就问大概的情况，然后开始摸摸肚子什么的。不知道胖子是害怕还是激动
，跑来跑去的，看上去精神很好。医生说从表面上看没什么问题，问我们要不要做血液
检查什么的看看有没有什么内脏的问题。我们答应了。医生说要半个小时左右出结果，

You should stop blaming yourself. Like humans which I am familiar with,
there are many causes for an animal to get chronic renal failure (CRF),
including kidney infection. Judging from the age of your cat, it is unlikely
that the CRF is derived from eating pet food that was imported from China

上周三晚上把Tubber接回了家。医生说在那里也只是打针吃药，Tubber精神很好，应该
不会有恶化或者什么突发情况，我们可以自己在家搞定。医生给了我们专门的病号饭，
三种口服药，其中一种要拌在猫粮里，一种是pill，还有一种放在针管里加水融化在喂
给他。都是一天两次。最最要命的是每天要给他输两次液。其实就是水，每次要250毫
升。回家以后让我们从脖子靠后的皮下输液，还手把手的教我们怎么做。
回家后第一天：费了半天牛劲，好不容易把药喂进去了。拌了药的猫粮可能有味道，
Tubber不喜欢，吃了很少。到了输液的时候了，跟老公讨论谁来下手。我拿着针头心跳
就开始加速，半天下不了手，最后还是老公扎了下去。Tubber在护士手里输液的时候乖
的跟什么一样，都不反抗，在我们手里就完全不同了。针扎下去不到十秒钟，就开始争
扎，一下没按住，喵一下就跑了。老公说，下次该你了。没办法了，硬着头皮来吧。嘴
里念念叨叨的说，Tubber啊，妈咪爱你，别恨妈咪呀，这是为你好啊。。。好像他真能
