In my SSD research I stumbled over a french site that had gotten its hand on
the the failure rate for different hardware according to a French etailer.
Here are SSD failure rates according to brand:
Intel 0,59%
Corsair 2,17%
Crucial 2,25%
Kingston 2,39%
OCZ 2,93%

graduation year. With CK or step 1 failure, even AMGs have great trouble
matching into their ideal programs. Step 3 failure penalty is the lightest,
followed by CS. If I were you, I would focus on inside connection or great
LORs from big cows. So-so LORs+CK failure+long GY almost amount to no
interviews for IMG if not at all. Harsh words but true for CMGs. |

发帖数: 77 | 22 谢谢回复，刚发的时候来看了几次结果发现没人回就没怎么来看了。
我是在voltage clamp条件下（－80mv及＋40mv）记录EPSC，溶液用的是大部分都用的
胞外溶液外加picrotoxin以block掉GABAergic neurotransmission，那个我们实验室一
直用，应该没什么问题，osmolarity 在305－310之间，电极液用的是CsCl溶液，加入
了TEA, QX-314，以便block K＋和Cl－通道，然后用了比较高的EGTA做Ca buffer，因
为我不需要看plasticity，实际上是希望能避免掉plasticity发生。osmolarity是275
，ph7.3，这些也是文章上用的配方，我感觉应该没什么问题。
我的记录方式是，现在－80mv条件下刺激产生一个清晰稳定的EPSC，过数分钟感觉比较
稳定了之后开始降低刺激强度（调整刺激输出电流），知道到某个点刚刚刺激产生一个
单个的突出反应，或者没反应，连续刺激就会有时候产生反应（通常是单个的），有时
候完全没反应，这样我就可以计算failure rate，记录完成后把voltage clamp... 阅读全帖 |

有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。

举朝、母黄兴芬、子赵龙睿及妻曾建花，正式以侵犯名誉权为由起诉巧家县公安局，并
索赔精神损害抚慰金200万元。
兰和律师称：“在本案中，赵登用先被当作‘肉弹’，5公斤的火药在其身上集中爆炸
，尤为惨烈。而后，巧家县公安局通过新闻发布的形式，用凿凿言论，对赵登用进行了
‘未审先判’，导致他由一个无辜受害者演变成十恶不赦的暴徒形象，引发社会非议，
被学校、邻里和传媒描绘得青面獠牙，其家人也饱受舆论非议与调查，形同炼狱。根据
《民法通则》第101条关于对名誉侵权的认定，巧家县公安局已经明显侵害了死者赵登
用的名誉权。”
赵登用案的关键是公安局在没有充分调查，没有令人信服的证据的情况下，即迫不及待
地向媒体公布错误的结论，导致赵登用身后蒙受不白之冤，更对赵登用的家人造成严重
的精神伤害。
