，电费每个月均摊，家具齐全，拎包即可入住。
本人住在主卧室，出租的是小卧室，如果有男女朋友，访问学者全家来访学的，想整体
转租也可以，5月10日，小区讲给我换一间全新的2 bedrooms apartment，全新哦。
现在的房子是两室一厅。平面效果图如下。房子距离校区很近，走路7-8分钟左右就到
校区，距离University of Dayton 稍微有些远（8.5 miles）。此外距离空军基地很近
，开车5分钟之内就到，所以，希望有到空军基地要实习研究的同学看到后不要错过，

You can find nice places in Kettering or Riverside too, but you may have to
bother with city taxes. Beavercreek so far has no city taxes.
I do not like Fairborn because they have stupid school district tax with worse
schools.
As for city of Dayton, You may be able to find some cheap places on east side,
but I don't remember any place there can be called nice. Also the city of
Dayton has 2.25% city tax. |

Dayton. You are 15 miles away from it. It's part of the city of Dayton.
All other cities in greater dayton area, including WPAFB, beavercreek,
kettering, fairborn, huber heights, clayton, riverside, centerville,
bellbrook, west carrollton, miamisburg, springboro, moraine are relative
safe. |

local taxes (county or city). In some states, the state law bans local taxes
and redistributes taxes back to local governments. Ohio is not one of those
, so almost all Ohio cities have city taxes. Ohio townships do not have city
taxes as they are not incorporated.
The rate of 1.75% is, as I can judge, medium high. There are higher rates,
