段，不是目的，美国不可能/也不会推翻绝大多数已经达成协议，因为这些协议是多年
谈判的结果，基本上是互惠的（除了中德日）。推翻协议的目的是为了修正不合理的地
方，找点便宜。这些国家的贸易不平衡是贸易额的零头，比如，美墨71B/557B，美加
18B/582B，不会为了这点儿零头彻底翻脸，谈谈问题就解决了。就是达成“fairer”点
的deal，双赢。
中（375B/636B）、德（65B/171B）、日（69B/204B）除外，这三个国家没那么好解决
，德国好一些，美国有services顺差，但川普已经明确意识到了，从贸易的角度来说，

taxes are all attributed to Buffet? Isn't the corporate income the outcome
of all of its employees' hard work?
As long as your total income, be it capital gain income or ordinary income,
exceeds certain threshold, a higher than 15% tax rate applies. That sounds
fairer.
A better argument can be the capital that Buffet has been using to generate
capital income has been taxed as ordinary income before it becomes capital. |

A fair tax law has a better chance of coming to existence than the rich stop
squeezing middle class.
Lower rate is impossible because there aren't enough tax income to support
both rich and poor as it is. The government currently get by by issuing
debt, but that won't last forever. Hoping the government will decrease
spending is also a pipe dream. Because government spending is how many of
the rich people get rich. They won't do anything to jeopardize that.
