的小孩在学守门员的时候都指导性的动作，都要develop your own way
of butterfly。不像其它位置都有标准动作。
除此以外hasek还发明了自己的一套动作，还有用他名字命名的技术动
作。而且他已经是板上钉钉hall of famer了。
怎麽他就not even close了呢？谁来给个足够说服力的理由？

另外当年AFL弱很多，前两届很弱，他在赛前被认为最悬殊的比赛之前garantee，那会
不像现在这么多
大嘴。
另外他中间虽然打的不好后来74年打的又特别好还得了comeback player，很多人只记
得他只有一个冠
军，其实他其他荣誉也很多，只不过整体AFL运作不佳才导致别人认为只有NFL那些数据
算数，如果算
上他MVP那些荣誉，应该至少有kurt warner的水准。
我记得family feud有一期说Legendary Quarterbacks，排名第一就是Joe Namath，比
Unitas/Montana
都高，可见还是不少人认同他。

He doesn't recruit well(bad part as a college coach) but coach them up.
He is in little manhantan, but the closest airport if 5 hours away.
I know coaches in big 8 like tom osborune, barry switzer really respect him.
Maybe he is just one of the top if not the best x/o coaches. |

当球蹦到张继科这边来的时候，他有一刻胳膊完全放松（图２）。
从图２到图６的一点儿后摆给胳膊加了力。
图６到７他的手腕有些许弯曲。从这点起，他的右腿开始向前、上的移动，并伴随
有肩膀的旋转（图５到１５）。
请注意他腿部肌肉的变化这时如同解剖课上的挂图一样清晰。正如他在胜利庆祝中
撕开上衣时显露的一样，他身体的强壮不仅仅表现在大腿上（够委婉，有木有？）。
和以前的技术有所不同，张的肘部似乎不扮演主要角色，这个比较有意思。触球前，
只有一小点弯曲（图６到１２）；触球时（图１２、１３）他才又弯了些。这个和
随后的抖腕动作产生了大部分的上旋发力。
他前冲的力多来自上臂和肩膀的前、上移动（图１０到１６），而打上旋球时是向
前移动。
整个动作很放松、腕抖得特别脆，看着就像要把球拍扔到球上。

因为前一个晚上从机场租车，再开到旅馆花了不少时间，今天又睡了大懒觉。不过大约
注定我们在maui的第一天不会有什么玩的，一早就开始下雨，天气也有点冷。 因为还
有孩子，这下我们的海滩计划不得不取消了。在hotel吃了一顿昂贵的早餐后，决定去
不远的Lahaina玩，顺便买一点东西以后放在冰箱里当早餐。
午饭是在Lahaina的一个叫福临的中国店吃的，好像有哪个华人上的ID提过。 我们
要了几碗面，大人孩子都吃得很香，到底还是中国胃呀，吃烧烤喝冰水还是有点不舒服
。不过说起来面的味道其实一般，可能我们被加州的中餐馆惯坏了吧。和老板娘聊了聊
，说是她在夏威夷10年，从没试过游客这么少。。。
Lahaina town其实很小，不过店很多。 除了vons连锁的safeway还有几家famers
markets |

上学到很多东西，写出来做点贡献
准备篇:
一行五人(婆婆,LG和我,加LG姐姐姐夫)10天9夜的旅行还是准备了很久的,之前的几个周
末都在做这个,主要是定机票,酒店,和安排行程.我们要玩3个岛,时间还是很紧的.因为
人多,酒店不是很好定,在expedia 和tripadvisor上看的，几乎都是condo型的，住的还
比较舒服的。tripadvisor上可以选是hotel还是rental，很方便。行程都是看了版上的
精华区安排的。我们的蓝宝书买晚了，临走才收到，建议早点买书安排行程，还是很有
用的。
