My problem is to simulate the stiffness of the beam section after its first
yield in a ductile beam due to the expansion of the plasticity in the section
vertically.
My concern is to get the explicit form of the soften stiffness of the beam
given a cross-section under the influence of the plasticity expansion
sectional wide, neglecting the expansion in the beam longitudinally.

我老家是山东省烟台地区下面的一个全国百强县的农村， 村子因为多年来一直种植苹
果，所以在周围村里算是中上水平，
改革开放以来，农民的收入有提高是有目共睹的，体制变化以后农民的劳动与自己的收
入挂钩，勤劳的中国农民说什么也不会让自己继续穷下去。
政府确实也做了一些事情
农业税确实没有了，
小学，初中学杂费也没有了，
有简单的合作医疗保险，这个医疗保险可以报销部分医疗费，因为到镇上看病才会报销
的更多，每年也会看到好多因为省钱死撑在镇医院而误了病情的穷人。
现在农村最大的问题，
1，一个是教育，如果家里有大学生的话，基本上把父母积攒的钱就花的差不多了。
2，还是医疗，虽说医疗会报销部分，但是有人得了大病的话，基本上是倾家荡产的，
除非你愿意到小镇上试试镇医院的手艺
3，农活非常辛苦，虽然有很多大 |

1. 能讲。敢讲。熟悉的东西就是expert，不熟悉的东西"familar but not a master".
不多说了。
2. 做啥事儿都靠toad，自己讲"master in toad"。让他去干个啥，一会儿回来了说，这个事儿呢在我们当前数据库版本不支持，blablabla。仔细一问，toad不支
持。
3. 这个不算是缺点。任何任务变更使劲往复杂里说，本来几分钟可以做好的事儿带检
查，带意外回复不过半小时，一定要说成两个小时半天。吓唬不怎么懂得pm很到位。
善用toad这点感觉很值得新手借鉴，unix下dba成长曲线要长很多，搞熟这种工具对应
聘求职也是一条捷径。 |

show some select results from database. I'm not familar with asp/asp.net, my
question is: how to let the button response if the user just uses keyboard and

can not find it in this webform. What I should do?

stacks. if you are familar with C/C++, this concept is quite easy to know. if
you create a object by malloc() or new(),

the object is on the heap, otherwise, if you define a object in a function,

can do. I only knew of SwiXML, but I dislike it (that's why I wrote
my own).
It can do borders (compound borders as well), various layouts (except
spring layout which I am not familar), table (create a vector based
table, vector can be made in XML as well), list, combobox, synchronize
menu and toolbar button states (enable/disable, select on/off, the main

function. Sometimes it is a matter of how familar with the IDE and personal
preference, like the war of vi and emacs. When I first touch VisualAge I was
impressed by the compile-on-the-fly but later found out it is not so useful

Beryl/AiXgl and Swing compatibility. A Month ago all Swing-based application
can not display on Beryl. When I updated the Beryl package a couple of days
ago I found MOST swing applicatiion can display normally, with several
exceptions including Idea. (Another example is Mercury messenger) This made
me feel that they must did something special with their gui. |
