to seven days in Custom Leagues—anyone in the league can place a claim on
the player.
So, if a player in a Public League is dropped on a Wednesday afternoon, all
managers can place a claim on him until Friday at 11:59 p.m |

Rounds 1-6: 3 RBs and either 3 WRs or 2 WRs and 1 TE.
Rounds 7-9: 1 QB, 1 WR and 1 RB or TE (depending on rounds 1-6).
Rounds 10-11: 1 QB and 1 RB or WR. |

seen any false start penalty not to blow the whistle and the play dead
immediately, rather to wait and see what happens next to determine whether
it is a false start or not.
And the questionable "forward movement", I couldn't see it. We can clearly
see from the post snap actions, the play never designed to have PH move
forward until he catches the ball so he had no reason to move forward pre-
