币债券总额为23万亿元人民币（约3.7万亿美元），占2011年GDP的比重约50%。其中政
府债券为17万亿元人民币（约2.7万亿美元），企业债为近6万亿元人民币（约1万亿美
元）：大家可能乍一看数字很大，但是中国的情况在全球来说算很好的了，美国的国债
已经超过他们GDP了，日本是GDP的靠近2倍了，欧洲国家好像也大部分超过中国的，中
国的情况算比较好的了。中国的债务和债券（包括国家的和政策性银行的）我们智库内
部原来都分析过，整体来说还是比较良性的，问题不是很大，美国的问题比我们大多了

based on the need to reach consensus of the middle-class majority. Middle

举委员会传出的信息（西方各大媒体纷纷报道），前国防部长、呼声最高的候选人塞西
获得了“横扫般的胜利”，赢得了93.3 %的选票！其对手萨巴希只获3%，另有3.7%无效
票。
在西方民主国家的选举中，候选人能拿到60%选票，都是大赢，且是罕见的。埃及这场
选举，有西方观察员，普遍认为进行平和，无选举纠纷，是相当真实的选举。在这种情
况下塞西能赢过90%选票，说明埃及人民的强烈支持！
在此前的海外投票中，塞西获得94.5%的选票。我在“埃及大选扇西方左派嘴巴”中评
论过，埃及的海外侨民多在英美等西方国家，他们得到的信息更多，整体知识水平也高
于埃及国内八千万人民（很多是农民）的平均值，他们的高投票支持，更展示埃及人民
