交通是最大的好处，走路到Houge park 和Farnham小学。
如果上班在San Tomas 沿线，9点没有Carpool以后奇快，从不堵车，甚至没有一个红灯
，２０分钟可到Cisco. 下班７点前有Carpool 得走880,大约30分钟。
南湾各个方向，Santa Cruz beach, Gilroy都很方便。
升值也还可以，过去一年15%以上。老中逐步在Move in, Farnham小学去年一年就涨了

格与南面的Union学区差不了太多，Houge Park 附近有些房子比较大，也都有90－1M＋
。Foxworthy 向北附近那里开始价格就明显要下来一些。 |

发帖数: 708 | 26 最近有个项目要检测H3 modification和DNA modification的关系，做一些前期的试验
。准备pulldown histone, reversecrolink, 收集DNA做Dot blot.
直到SONICATION这一步都行,Chromatin reverse crosslink后 DNA在agar gel H3 在
page gel上都有信号。 但是pulldown后没有信号。主要基于 Farnham protocol。
他的ChIP buffer就是RIPA,beads也没有block,这个没问题么？有些别的protocol用
salmon DNA block beads,salmon DNA的methylation会影响 DNA methylation dot
blot结果吧？ |
