拼多多上市才一周，就经历了少有的跌宕起伏：IPO首日暴涨40%后，在国内媒体对“山
寨假货”的质疑声中，随后5个交易日拼多多股价累计下跌约27%。

据媒体报道，美东时间8月1日，Rosen Law Firm、Pomerantz LLP、Law Offices
of Howard G． Smith、Faruqi & Faruqi LLP、The Schall Law Firm和Bronstein，
Gewirtz & GrossmanLLC六家律师事务所宣布代表投资者们展开对拼多多的集体诉讼，
以追回投资者们因此蒙受的损失。
Faruqi & Faruqi LLP在其官网发布声明，称公司正在调查对拼多多的潜在索赔，
鼓励损失超过5万美元的拼多多投资者与公司联系。声明中附有链接，邀请购买了拼多
多股票的投资者们填写信息、加入诉讼。
Pomerantz LLP则表示，会调查拼多多的某些成员或董事是否参与了证券欺诈或有
其他非法商业行为。

美国时间3月1日，美国律师事务所Faruqi&Faruqi(F&F)刊发公告称，在纽约交易所上市
的中国海洋石油股份有限公司(CEO)及其高管在蓬莱漏油事件中违反了美国联邦证券法
关于信息披露的条款，并在网站上公开征集投资者计划对中海油发起集团诉讼。昨日，
中海油方面有关人士对记者表示，公司已关注到相关报道，但公司尚未收到正式法律文
件。
已开始公开征集“受损”投资者
F&F网站上的信息显示，中海油蓬莱19-3油田在2011年6月4日和6月17日相继发生2起溢
油事件后，尽管中海油方面也试图披露信息，但是直到7月5日中国国家海洋局对外披露
信息，市场才了解这一信息。此后，中海油淡化和低估了漏油的影响以及会对公司的运
营造成的损害程度。
该律师事务所表示因没有披露以下四方面的内容而违反了美国联邦证券法：公司已违反
环境法律和法规；公司一油田发生严重石油泄漏导致广泛损坏；公司将负责清除漏油，
