If you are a SP, a lower-90 velocity is acceptable. For RP, there are so
many young hurlers throwing 95+ fastball. Unless you have extremely precise
control, a soft-tossing RP can hardly reach to the majors. |

提个建议：加强level swing的练习. 看到球棒的头掉得太低了。简单的练习办法：在T
上绑一个1尺左右长的水平的细纸板或棍（便宜！），指向捕手，距离顶端约1到2寸，
他挥棒时，不能打到纸板或棍。如果是machine pitch的话，level swing（平击）可以
有很高的成功率。以后面对投手时，打fastball也会有好处。
另一点建议：挥棒结束时，双手仍然是握棒的，养成好习惯。 |

，坚决投角落的球，我们年龄小一点，投fastball 或changeup,，你老大可以投curve。
事实证明策略是对的，最多被上一垒，大多被我们活捉。 |

fastball, 只要他能控制BB/9， 未来绝对是红鸟的Ace.
Grichuk如果只看三维的话很不错，但是进阶数据隐忧很大。他的power从小联盟起就很
好，守备也可以站稳CF, 但是最大的问题是plate discipline 太差。他的BB%只有5.7,
而K%高达31%. 现在不错的AVG是靠超高的0.38的BABIP撑起来的。换句话说，他的
BABIP一定会下修，这样估计他的OPS会比现在掉0.1左右。
Grichuk未来的定位本来就是power hitter, 估计AVG大概就0.25-0.26, 每年能打20-
30HR的产量。这些对于能守CF的球员来说已经很强了。他需要做的是提高选球，少挥一
些坏球。 |

2015年的红鸟是挺奇葩的一年。常规赛几乎所有球员都伤了个遍，但居然拿下了联盟最
佳战绩。虽然常规赛拿下100胜，但季后赛红鸟完全是以一个最差的状态来面对的。Ace
Wainwright受伤大半个赛季，季后赛只能进牛棚，未来的Ace Carlos Martinez在常规
赛最后一周赛报。二号先发Wacha今年第一个完整赛季(180局)，到了9月份明显体力下
降，被打的很惨。Lynn 9月份也开启发球机状态。虽然常规赛红鸟的先发联盟最强，但
季后赛四个先发排出来，真的有够惨。Cubs的优势是打线，红鸟理论上优势是先发投手
。但由于种种原因，红鸟先发伤的伤，累的累，所以输球也不足为奇了。
1年前发文预测过cubs的崛起。分析一下红鸟未来的阵容，我还是有理由乐观的。
核心阵容进入衰退期的只有三个老将Molina,Holliday, Wainwright. Molina只要防守

middle and forced ck to make those rainbow passes.

如果CK轻伤，他得指望RW也受伤，否则不管替补好坏都一样赢不下分区，还是完蛋。我看

7局95球不少了，看平时上百球那也就是差一个人而且通常都是状态不错的情况下，
昨天第七局他已经出现准确率下降投到正中被人不断安打的情况还"who knows".马定理
那不叫trusted the best pitcher，那叫脑残不行使教练的权利和义务，这种水平的
投手教练上去问，十个投手得有至少八个说自己还能投，教练的义务是这种时候换人
而不是面对自己的ace就当孙子眼瞅着tying run on base还把责任推给队员。
更何况丫最后换上来个只投fastball的对红鸟最好的打手，你知道这意味着什么？

进飞狗区的基础上最后design run抓了个关键一档拖住了时间。你去看他的game log今
年的attempts并不比去年少。发财QB跑太多不是王道，今年信心不足的根本原因是OL大
幅下降，而且球队给他添置无数武器结果传球还是垃圾，破烂fastball连screen pass
都传不了，所以老是一副惊弓之鸟状。 |

不要打，打哪里。。。然后还需要有脑眼手协调能力，然后要有力量和棒速，要不然怎
么把这小小棒球打到400码的墙外去？ |
