建成后将成为世界上最大的大射电望远镜

落户在我省平塘县的500米口径球面射电望远镜(FAST)是“十一五”期间十二项国
家重大科技基础设施中的一项设施，也是在贵州省建设的第一个国家重大科技基础设施
，由中国科学院和贵州省人民政府共建。此项工程于2007年7月10日得到国家发展与改
革委员会立项批复，2011年3月25日在我省黔南自治州平塘县正式开工建设，预计将于
2016年9月正式建成。截至2013年12月31日，500米口径球面射电望远镜台址开挖工程、
设备基础工程、反射面圈梁安装工程已经完工，FAST工程进入工艺设备安装阶段。
射电望远镜通过“收听”微弱的宇宙无线电信号，帮助人类认识遥远宇宙。美国
Arecibo(阿雷西博)射电望远镜已经有了50年的历史，它目前还是全世界最大的单天线
射电望远镜。1958年，美国康奈尔大学Gordon教授提出利用喀斯特(“火山口”)地貌，
建设一架口径1000英尺(305米)射电望远镜的建议，以研究人类居住的大气层及邻居星
球环境。1959年，该建议得到美国国防部支持并由美国国防部出资在1963年完成

镜（FAST）安装了最后一根钢索，索网制造和安装工程结束。这意味着FAST的支撑框架
建设完成，进入了反射面面板拼装阶段。
FAST是世界在建的最大射电望远镜，借助天然圆形溶岩坑建造。FAST的反射镜边框是
1500米长的环形钢梁，而钢索则依托钢梁，悬垂交错，呈现出球形网状结构。
索网结构是FAST主动反射面的主要支撑结构，是反射面主动变位工作的关键点。索网制
造与安装工程也是500米口径球面射电望远镜工程的主要技术难点之一，其关键技术问
题主要包括：超大跨度索网安装方案设计、超高疲劳性能钢索结构研制、超高精度索结
构制造工艺等。而索网工程的顺利完成，意味着FAST工程已经在上述关键技术难点方面
实现实质性突破。
FAST索网结构直径500米，采用短程线网格划分，并采用间断设计方式，即主索之间通

对我自己而言，头天，睡觉之前血糖在100以下，吃了鸡蛋牛奶，然后睡觉8小时，测
FASTING血糖，效果是最好的。
如果FASTING时间在10个小时左右，血糖就比较高了，但是如果超过12个小时，尤其是
如果是起床以后有呆了很久，那血糖就下来了。（我的营养师要求测FASTING血糖，要
早上醒来第一件事，最好连厕所也没去）
当然这个FASTING和一天中的具体时间也有关系，从晚上11点FASTING到第二天早上7点
，和早上3点，FASTING到中午11点，这个结果肯定不一样。
而且据我自己的体会，还和头一天的工作很有关系。我FASTING血糖开始超标，就是有
一天下午工作中出现了一个大问题，而且一连几天都恢复不过来。慢慢工作恢复常态了
，我的血糖也就自己恢复了。 |

后值一直都没问题，通过控制carb摄入和散步能轻松应对。但早上fasting值一直高于
90。上周ob让开始晚上吃药片控制，读了药的说明书，发现药对宝宝有影响，就决定再
给自己一周看看。
借鉴了很多jm的经验，发现自己以前一直漏了睡前测试。于是，第一天，我测了睡前值
，凌晨三点值，以及早上空腹值，发现这三个值是逐渐变小的，且睡前值高于105。我
知道可能我是晚上没吃对。第二天晚上少吃了些肉，吃到饱，但不贪食吃撑。夜宵就吃
了一把cereal,一个白煮蛋，一小根黄瓜，又走了10分钟左右。大概一个半小时后测，
102。第二天早上起来，fasting果然低于90了！之后几天都是这个策略，fasting就一
直没问题了。
另外，发现ketone不仅和吃多少有关，还和喝水有关。水喝的不够，ketone值也会升。
晚上也要喝足够的水，这样早上的ketone值才会好。 |

If I don't stream to Xbox 360, the media center itself can fast forward mp4
files. I have no problem with Divx or Xvid files fast-forward when they are
streamed to Xbox 360.

上周三晚上9点多在I-90（快到Boston的地方）误闯了Fast Lane,今天收到罚单。罚金
是$50。小弟在美国刚拿驾照不到半年，几乎没有开过这么远的高速，误闯了Fast Lane
，愿意承受罚款。
我的问题是：有这么贵吗？$50。我一同学也犯过类似的错，罚金好像也就十几美元。
（穷学生一个，当然是希望能省一点是一点。）
要是去appeal的话，按照大家的经验。罚金会减少吗？（我清楚的记得是从Natick
Mall那别的local 上到高速，上高速之后也就一个mile左右，就遇到了这个toll plaza
。我是新手，大部分都在右边的慢车道，当我意识到该换到左边的lane去交费的时候，
看到左边车辆太多，处于安全考虑就硬着头皮从Fast Lane开了过去。）

孕28周，我现在已经按照营养师的食谱吃东西了，但是有时候一吃夜宵fasting就升高，
一次99，今天早上是106，分别是10点吃了一个猕猴桃和9点吃了一块全麦面包加一勺花
生酱。
不过最近生活有点不规律，前天早上9点多起床，今天8点多起床，今天凌晨还起来bm,
真是郁闷~
没吃夜宵的话fasting就是95，还是达不到营养师60-90的标准。
现在刚用血糖仪测了三天。
平时的早餐和午餐都不高，一般111左右，有时甚至会降到99，晚餐只要运动
够量，也不会超。问题是现在我不敢多吃，已经瘦了3磅，ketone测过一次，
貌似是深紫色，不知道怎么办呢，唉~今天晚上准备吃个鸡蛋当夜宵试试~
大家有没有碰到这种情况？一般都是怎么做的呢？多谢~ |

发帖数: 919 | 27 个人感觉fasting level是整个孕期糖尿病里最难控制的一项,主要是由基因决定的
我试过很多种食物搭配,只要保证碳水达到30克,效果都差不多.
唯一有效果的是早起.如果6-6:30起来的话基本在95或者以下.如果拖到7点以后起来的
话,就接近100了.MM如果可以的话,试一下早起,看看有没有帮助.
同意楼上一位MM的说法,这个孕期糖尿病的标准日趋严格是由后面那些大药厂的
lobbyist在后面推波助澜,是有他们的interest的.我怀老大的时候,fasting level 70-
95,餐后一小时是90-130.现在一年半后怀了老二,fasting level 变成70-90,餐后一小
时变成90-120. 我问营养师为什么一年半后就变得这么严格了,她也说不出什么.
所以MM也别太担心,控制差不多就行了,别太纠结了.否则心情不好反而影响宝宝 |

子敏感度完全可以胜任了，其它是心理作用。太硬的杆子不适合玩带三股钩的饵。Fast
，Extra Fast（没有统一标准）适合即时杀钩，比如Drop Shot就要用Extra Fast，虽
然不杀钩，但是在摇起的过程中能帮助钩子迅速扎入。 |

turn up anything meaningful linking fasting to liver damage. I would
appreciate it if you could share some peer reviewed papers on this,
preferably based on in vivo human studies. I am curious about how fasting
shall elevate liver burden as you

My issue here is actually regarding the meal timing or frequency. Who is to
say we should eat three meals a day, and when? Guess we mostly follow our

I can't fast forward mp4( H.264 codec) movies when I stream it to Xbox 360.
If I don't stream to Xbox 360, the media center itself can fast forward mp4
files. I have no problem with Divx or Xvid files fast-forward when they are
streamed to Xbox 360.
Does anyone know what is the issue?

or KFC, which is true. Their sandwiches are not as fatty as the burgers or
fried chicken served in those other restaurants.
i don't believe qdoba is any healthier cuz their tacos/burritos are high in
calories from rice/beans and other starchy material.
ABP is a different story. altho it IS in fact a chain restaurant... they don
't claim to b fast food and the calories are in fact pretty low if the

上个星期在ebay买了个汽车镜子, 等着周末来修车,
看了Fast N Free 以为上星期六就可以拿到,
结果现在要等到这个星期三或四,
如果知道这样久, 我当初就去local 店里面买了,
现在这个镜子退也不是, seller 要收20% 退货费,
不退也不是, 因为想要今天或是明天一定要把镜子修好,
可能晚上就要去local 店里面买一个,
不然上路被警察拦下来开单怎么办?
请问各位大侠, 有什么好办法, 可以让seller 退货出 lable 还不收退货费,
还是摸摸鼻子算了, 上CL去卖给其他人,

前一阵意外的发现了这个公司，简单调查了一下，发现很有意思，有兴趣的可以研究研
究。没有推荐大家买的意
思，虽然我自己准备把它作为中长期投资的对象考察。
这个公司业务很简单，最早是从生产销售fastener开始，后来逐渐扩展到其他机械零件
。主要是销售，公司的目标
是grow through customer service. 公司所处的行业听起来很boring，不过也正符合
peter lynch喜欢的类型（参
见one up on wall street)，因为boring意味着竞争者不会太多。
这个公司最让我惊奇的地方在于其稳定的增长，一个公司一两年盈利激增没什么，但是
稳定的增长就不容易了。查
